Lighting
Lighting outlets should be provided in each room, hall and staircases, with a two-way switching at each floor level in a staircase.
150mm x 25mm timber pattresses provided for light fittings.
Provide mastic where cable passes through the pattress to prevent air leakage.
Spotlights installed in alignment and with equal margins.
Light switches must be placed with equal margins to the corner and architrave.
Light switches to be the same distance from the door frame in all rooms.
