Water services shall be installed to ensure satisfactory service for the life of the system, with precautions taken against corrosion and damage.
Water service must be installed through a ducting to a minimum depth of 750mm below external ground levels.
The water service should be insulated in accordance with the utility provider.
Once ducting is installed, ensure it is capped off to prevent debris entering.
Floor finished neatly around ducting.
Water service insulated with appropriate lagging.
Stop end installed.
