Concrete staircases shall be suitably constructed, installed and fixed using appropriate materials and in accordance with the design to provide satisfactory performance.
When lifting precast concrete staircases ensure correct anchor points are used.
Ensure staircases are not damaged during the lifting operation.
Brackets must sit flush to the concrete floor planks.
Staircase must be level once installed.
Ensure a nominal gap between the staircase and the structure is maintained.
