4. Are they available on hand?
Some fluffy and 4mm fillers are available on hand. If you are looking for something that can be picked up right away, we recommend you choose Pearl as this is our best seller, we always produce extra stock. If you need a fluffy or a 4mm filler color the same day, feel free to place an order and indicate your due date as today's date and note that you are on a very strict deadline. Our staff will get back to you, most likely through Viber to advise whether or not we can accommodate the order.
5. How many grams or kilograms of fillers do I need?
This is absolutely very easy for us to answer if we have your box's dimensions (length x width x height) in inches. However, we feel that these photos are great volume references that will help estimate the amount of fillers you need.
This is 100grams 4mm Crinkle Ivory in a round basket, please see photo for basket's dimensions.
This is an 8 x 8 x 3" box with 25grams worth of White Fluffy Fillers. If you need crinkle fillers for the same size of box, you would probably need about 50-70 grams.

7. Why is Fluffy more expensive?
Fluffy is twice the price but it is 2-3 times in volume which technically makes it the cheaper alternative.
8. If I order 5 different colors of crinkle fillers with a total of 1kg, does that mean my total bill is only 700 pesos?
The 1kg pricing can only be considered when you order 1kg per color. For example, if you order 500g 4mm Ivory and 500g 4mm Lavender, your order total is ₱840 instead of ₱700.

10. What are the shipping options?
If you are ordering 500g (crinkle) or 200g (fluffy) or less and doesn't have a very strict deadline, regardless of where you are from, we recommend you place the order via Shopee as they usually have "Free Shipping" promotions. You can click on the link to visit our Shopee store or look us up on the app, our shop's name is The Better Packaging.
If you are within Metro Manila and are ordering fillers that are more than 500g (crinkle) or 200g (fluffy), we recommend to opt for Lalamove or Grab Express or personal pick up. These items are really very bulky that shipping it the traditional way would actually cost a lot more.
If you are from a provincial area, depending on the quantity of your order, we recommend either opting for the normal shipping via J&T Express, bus shipping, Lalamove or personal pick up.
Example.
If you are ordering 500g (crinkle) or 200g (fluffy), then it is okay to opt for J&T Express as this quantity would fit one shipping pouch and this would only cost about 120 pesos.
If you ordered about 1kg - 2kg, we would still recommend J&T Express as their medium box can fit about 2kg of the fillers and would only cost around 290 pesos.
If you need to order more, example 5-10 kilograms (crinkle) or 2-5 kilograms (fluffy) we would recommend bus shipping as they only charge about ₱150 per 2kg bag (reference is from Philippine Rabbit, bus shipping to Pampanga). Please note that you will also have to shoulder the Lalamove fee from the office to the bus terminal as well as the terminal's handling fee which is about ₱250 for 9 bags or 18kg crinkle fillers (reference is from Philippine Rabbit, bus shipping to Pampanga). Prices might vary depending on the Bus Line and destination.
11. What is your lead time for orders?
1-2 business days depending on your order quantity and the current production line up. We recommend you place an order and indicate your due date. Our staff will get back to you, most likely through Viber to advise wether or not we can accommodate the order.
12. How long does shipping take?

J&T Express: 2 - 5 business days depending on your location
Lalamove: Same day
Bus Shipping: Usually, however long is the travel time to the destination.

Yes, for sure! We actually highly recommend this.
16. I’d like to check the cost to ship through Lalamove/ Grab Express, may I know the pick up address?
Our office is located at #6 Luskot st. Brgy. Don Manuel, Quezon City. You can simply pin 6 Luskot.
17. How many kilograms can a Grab or Lalamove driver carry?
A Lalamove/ Grab driver can usually accept 3 bags which is 6kg Crinkle or 3kg Fluffy.
18. How much will I have to pay if I choose Lalamove or Grab?
To know how much it would cost, download or open the Lalamove or Grab app, add the pick up point address: #6 Luskot st. Brgy. Don Manuel, Quezon City (You can simply pin 6 Luskot) and then add your address on the drop off point, the application should show how much it would cost.
19. Can you book the Lalamove or Grab express pick up and delivery for me?
We would really love to help though to lessen confusion and to ensure that your address will be pinned correctly, we recommend that our clients book the pick up instead.
20. I don’t have cash at home, can I just transfer the Lalamove/ Grab payment to your account so you can pay the Lalamove/ Grab driver for me?
Unfortunately, our office staff are not authorized to release cash. Our office also functions cashless since all of our transactions are paid online. We recommend you pay Lalamove or Grab upon delivery.
21. What time and day can I have my item picked up?
We can accommodate pickups Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12 NN and 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM. We can also sometimes accommodate pick ups on Saturdays from around 10 AM - 12 NN. Kindly chat with us through Viber (09994870757) first to check.
22. What are your payment options?

Because our products are made to order, we require a payment before we start producing your order. In cases wherein the item is on hand, we would allow COD and payments upon pick up.
