Welcome to the Beat PT a personal training company committed to helping clients experiencing cardiac illness move more confidentally, have greater function and feel better.

About You.

You have experienced some form of cardiac illness. This may have been a heart attack, a cardiac arrest, heart failure, valve replacement, stents, bypass, heart transplant and angina.

Your condition is stable and a qualified physician has advised you to start exercising.

If this is you and you want some help let’s have a chat and discuss your goals and how you could get there.

I have a history of helping people who are living with life long conditions, illness or any other barriers to accessing exercise and activity.  I specialise in helping people with cardiac illness and associated conditions.

The first meeting is free, you are welcome to have a friend or companion with you. There is absolutely no obligation to ever come back and I hope whatever you choose you would find that meeting useful to learn more about how exercise could help you.
