Research has shown that spending mindful time with nature has a variety of mental and physical health benefits. Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Beth, to slow down, connect and restore. There will be short walks, along mostly flat terrain.

1:00 Workshop 2: Self-Care Through Creativity
Losing yourself in a creative pursuit has shown to provide much-needed rest for your nervous system. In this workshop, learn a variety of different arts and crafts that you can learn quickly and integrate into your daily life.

We will close out our time together in circle, a deep listening practice where we can all feel listened to and supported.
