Yes. A new city going by the name of Illustria has appeared in The Apex Predator. Accessible by the Spawn to Nexus Station rail line, this virgining city is going to be a wonder when completed. This city currently has the only free land in a city, so jump on that opportunity. Illustria also has the only NewATM Bank, a new bank with the only advanced economic system.
