Habib and Nilab invite you to a traditional Afghan experience that has a 3 course meal.  You can choose between a meat meal (£24.99) or a vegetarian meal £23.99,  the choice is yours.

Hello, I’m Nilab – a proud mother of four, a passionate cook, and the founder of Afghan Darbar Pop-Up Cuisine. Cooking is not just a skill for me; it’s a love that I pour into every dish I prepare. With the support of my husband, I’ve turned this passion into a unique dining experience that brings the rich and authentic flavors of Afghanistan to Northallerton.

I hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification, ensuring that every meal is prepared with the highest standards of cleanliness and care. For the past two years, I’ve called Northallerton my home, and I’ve been fortunate to experience the kindness and warmth of its people. Now, I am excited to share a piece of my homeland with you, because Afghan cuisine is more than just food—it’s an experience, a story, and a tradition passed down through generations.
