Winner of league promoted
Second Place qualifies for promotion play-offs against team from league above

Relegation

Bottom 4 relegated to unplayable regional leagues

Other

The match squad must have no more than 5 non-EU players.
The match squad must have at least 1 domestic under-21 player. (Born after 17/07/2000)
There must be at least 1 under-21 Slovak player in the starting eleven (Born after 17/07/2000)
Slovan Bratislava B and Zilina B are reserve teams and cannot be promoted or managed
