Join In: This ~4.5 mile suggested sidewalk route starts at Ben's Chili Bowl on H at noon see Route
Theme: Tie-Dye Circus
What You Need: COVID precautions, on-theme costumes, tipping bartenders, and handmade creativity are mandatory. Preparing ~30 throws for the route, and bringing music is encouraged.
Rain Plan: If there is more than a 50% chance of precipitation forecasted two days before Carnival, the court who organized this website will probably not be showing up to do this.
Size of this thing: Please do not come expecting a movement - we cant promise that. We can guarantee that if the weather holds up (see above rain plan) at 11:45 am you will be joined by 5-10 very enthused and friendly costumed people committed to dancing around DC for a day.
