Pangasinan Recognized as Region 1's Best
in Local Tourism Planning

Pangasinan has been awarded as Region 1's Best Province in Local Tourism Planning at the 2024 Regional Tourism Summit.

The recognition comes as a result of the province's outstanding dedication to local tourism development under Governor Ramon V. Guico III's leadership since July 2022. The governor's initiatives include the implementation of See Pangasinan Listening Tours and mobile accreditation caravans, which led to a significant increase in tourism enterprises. Read More.

SVCSBI celebrates Buwan ng Wika

Mr. Alfredo O. Quirimit Jr. started the celebration with an opening prayer which was followed by the singing of Hymns that was led by Ms. Ghea Maria C. Gatinga.

To kick off the celebration, Mrs. Soledad C. Castillo, President of the Parents and Teachers' Association of SVCSBI, and Mr. Jericho C. Frias gave opening remarks emphasizing the significance of Buwan ng Wika and wishing the performing students good luck. Read More.

Sarmiento, Dungog dominate 2024 SSC, SSG election

TINDIG partylist's President Gabriel Benedict L. Sarmiento and YESS partylist's President JC Emrech C. Dungog won the 2024 Supreme Student Council (SSC) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) election on August 30.

Sarmiento won with 173 votes from all Senior High School students, defeating his opponents Derek Lyns A. Aquino of BALA partylist who received 111 votes, and LAGI's Samantha Katrina Ysabela DV. Soriano with 62 votes. Read More.
