PROF. MD SHAHRIAR PARVEZ, CHRC

Prof. Md. Shahriar Parvez is an internationally respected academic and senior higher-education leader with over 20 years of experience in university governance, academic quality assurance, and institutional development. He has held executive and advisory leadership roles across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, and is the Founder and Chairman of the Independent Perception and Research Hub (IPRH), Bangladesh. Rector and Professor of ACHM, Bangladesh and honoray academic member of different Internatinal Universities. A recipient of the Chancellor’s Gold Medal, he holds a Doctor of Business Administration (Honoris Causa, from AMC, USA), multiple international professional certifications, and honorary doctorates in organizational leadership. A UN SDG-4 Quality Education Ambassador from UK, he is recognized for strategic academic leadership, policy engagement, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable higher education. His scholarly work includes extensive research on finance, microfinance, tourism, and interdisciplinary social sciences, with numerous publications in national and international journals including Elsiver, EuroMed Journals.
