HISTORY

December 2013: Clearoptions Gondola was installed (currently the Skyline Gondola) in the living room

November 2014: Acquisition of the room and the gondola was moved into bedroom.

December 2014: Powder Express was installed, giving another access point to the bookshelf

June 2015: Timberline Lift was installed, creating a dedicated beginner area

August 2015: Construction of the old village began

December 2015: Installation of the Village Express, six person lift, connecting both base areas.

March 2016: Summer operations begins

July 2016: Installation of the Alpine Lift

December 2016: Chairs were removed from Village Express, and moved to upgrade the Powder Express to a 6 chair. Cabins were put on the Village Express, and the lift got re-named to the Creekside Gondola

June 2017: Summer operations moves to the Powder Express Base Area and Evergreen Lift is installed using parts from older lifts

August 2017: Old village is taken down and village remodel begins

February 2018: Elevation Expansion is approved along with the replacement of the Alpine Lift.

June 2018: All items are taken out of the closet for repainting

August 2018: Elevation Lift and Alpine Lift are completed

November 2018: Colorado Lift is installed, re using the old Alpine Lift

December 2018: Upgrade announcement for the 2019-2020 ski season

April 2019: Removal of the Evergreen Lift and Timberline Lift

April 2019: Install of T-Bar, Evergreen Lift and Timberline Gondola

September 2019: Install of the Black Forest Express

November 2019: The Ski Village opens for the 2019-2020 ski season

January 2020: Upgrades are announced for the 2020-2021 ski season.

March 2020: The Ski Village suspends operations due to COVID-19

April 2020: The Ski Village opens with access for locals only

June 2020: The Ski Village re-opens to all guests for summer 2020

June 2020: Ponderosa Lift Installation

September 2020: The Ski Village closes for Summer 2020

October 2020: Re-opening plans are announced with health and safety guidelines.

October 2020: Installation of the Rendezvous Lift

November 2020: Start of the 2020/21 Ski Season.

April 2021: The Ski Village successfully completes the 2020/21 ski season without any shutdowns or suspensions due to COVID-19.
