As the opening program of the annually conducted Schoolympics of the Senior High School Department commenced, the Search for Mister and Miss Schoolympics 2024 followed suit last April 18 at the University Forum.
Representing the different teams, an opening production from the contestants was given and was followed by an intermission number from Sanielle Llagas and Trisha Mae Panton, both grade 12 students of the University.
Followed by the Denim Runway Challenge and White Casual Attire Walk, where contestants showed their glamour in presenting themselves.
After being announced as the Mr. Schoolympics 2023 and Ms. Schoolympics 2023 respectively, Kim Albia and Mariana Chan graced the stage with their speech along with their farewell walk before passing the crown to the next batch of title holders.
The most awaited question and answer portion through a picture analysis also commenced.
To end the search, major awards, minor awards, and corporate awards were given.
Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas clinched the Best in Production award in the male category for Pink Unicorn, while Mariche Gwyn Olea secured it for Red Griffin in the female category. Jeave Marvin A. Boral was named Mr. Congeniality for Yellow Phoenix, and Marian Janel L. Palos garnered the title of Ms. Congeniality for Pink Unicorn. Vince Ravenmar S. Naparato emerged as the People's Choice Award recipient for the male category representing Blue Dragon, and Maria Zyra D. Baluca captured it for Red Griffin in the female category.
Ranie Espiritu was crowned Mr. Photogenic for Pink Unicorn, with Precious Julia E. Olivar taking the title for Yellow Phoenix. Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas claimed the title of Denim Runway King for Pink Unicorn, while Marian Janel L. Palos triumphed as Denim Runway Queen for the same category. In the Best in White Casual Attire category, Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas excelled for Pink Unicorn in the male category, and Alyssa Bianca V. Guinoo showcased the same for Blue Dragon in the female category.
The competition also featured awards from the sponsors of the event.
Ranie Espiritu received the Donut King Choice Award for Pink Unicorn in the male category, with Mariche Gwyn G. Olea clinching it for Red Griffin in the female category. Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas also earned the title of Mr. Hooplife Sports Apparel for Pink Unicorn, while Rycel Alfina M. Iglesias emerged victorious for Yellow Phoenix in the female category. For the Bagafords Choice Award, Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas emerged as the victor for Pink Unicorn in the male category, and Mariche Gwyn G. Olea took the crown for Red Griffin in the female category.

Corporal earned the title of Mr. Angel & Eyha Catering Services for Red Griffin, while Ma. Bettina Kaye R. Pasion secured it for Blue Dragon in the female category. Mhykhale A. Barce emerged as the recipient of Kaunan ni Arcy's Choice Award for Red Griffin in the male category, and Aaliyah Kristela R. David claimed it for Pink Unicorn in the female category. Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas was named Mr. JGT Bait Consumer Goods Trading for Pink Unicorn, and Marian Janel L. Palos triumphed in the same category for Pink Unicorn in the female category.
John Carl Brando H. Aquiler secured Mr. Enteng's Silogan Express for Blue Dragon, while Aaliyah Kristela R. David won it for Pink Unicorn in the female category. Ranie Espiritu received Mr. Senpai's Chopstick for Pink Unicorn, and Ma. Bettina Kaye R. Pasion clinched it for Blue Dragon in the female category. Jeave Marvin A. Boral was designated Mr. Kusina for Yellow Phoenix, and Maria Zyra D. Baluca captured it for Red Griffin in the female category. Cedric Ivan A. Daza emerged as Mr. ABL Events and Management Services for Yellow Phoenix, while Lachenel Shine C. Cañaveral secured it for Red Griffin in the female category.
The major awards for the Mr. and Ms. Schoolympics 2024 are earned by Joseph Carl C. Lagrimas and Marian Janel L. Palos from Pink Unicorn. Cedric Ivan A. Daza and Alyssa Bianca V. Guinoo from Yellow Phoenix secured the first runner-up position. Augustous Andrei N. Corporal and Rycel Alfina M. Iglesias from Red Griffin claim the second runner-up spot. Ranie Espiritu and Angelica R. Solis from Pink Unicorn take the third runner-up title. EJ Beda M. Mora from Pink Unicorn and Maria Zyra D. Baluca from Red Griffin are named the fourth runners-up.
