1. Overview
The Selfie Killer is a camera, video, photo and media utility application developed by Neurostructure Studio.
This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information and media when you use it.
The Selfie Killer is designed to perform its core media processing directly on your device.
2. User Accounts
The Selfie Killer does not require or provide user accounts.
We do not operate an account registration system and we do not require you to provide your name, address, phone number or other personal profile information to use the application.
3. Advertising
The Selfie Killer does not display third-party advertising.
The application does not use advertising networks for personalized advertising.
4. Camera Access
The application requires access to the device camera in order to provide its photography and video recording features.
Camera access is used only when required for these features.
The application does not record microphone audio.
5. Photos and Videos
Photos and videos created by The Selfie Killer may be stored in app-specific storage on your device.
Media stored in app-specific storage may be removed if the application is uninstalled or if its application data is cleared.
The application also allows supported media to be transferred to the device's shared photo or video gallery.
Media processing performed by The Selfie Killer, including supported photo and video operations, is performed on the device.
6. Imported Media
The application may allow you to select existing media from your device.
The Selfie Killer accesses only media that you explicitly select or grant the application permission to access.
Imported video files may already contain audio. If such a video contains audio, that audio may be played during video playback.
The Selfie Killer does not add microphone recordings to media.
7. Face Detection and On-Device Processing
Some application features may use on-device machine-learning technology, including face detection.
Face detection is used for application functionality and media processing.
The application does not operate its own remote face-recognition database and does not upload photographs or videos to a Neurostructure Studio server for face analysis.
Third-party software components used by the application may process limited technical, diagnostic, device, application or performance information according to the privacy practices of their respective providers.
8. Google Play Billing
The Selfie Killer may offer optional paid functionality through Google Play.
Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Neurostructure Studio does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
Google may process purchase-related information according to Google's own privacy policies and Google Play terms.
The application may store limited purchase-entitlement information on the device in order to determine whether paid features are available.
9. Data Storage
The Selfie Killer does not operate a cloud service for storing your photos or videos.
Media created or processed by the application remains on the device unless you explicitly move, export, share or otherwise transfer it.
Certain application preferences and settings may be eligible for Android backup functionality provided by the device platform or Google, depending on your device and Android backup settings.
10. Sharing and Exporting Media
The application may provide functions that allow you to save, move, export or share media.
Such actions occur only when initiated by you.
When you share media with another application or service, that third party's privacy policy and data-handling practices apply.
11. Data Collection by Neurostructure Studio
Neurostructure Studio does not operate a backend server for The Selfie Killer and does not maintain a database containing your photos, videos or user accounts.
The application may rely on Google-provided Android, Google Play or machine-learning components which may handle limited technical information as described by Google.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Media stored only in The Selfie Killer's app-specific storage can be removed by deleting the media, clearing the application's data, or uninstalling the application.
Media that you have transferred to your phone gallery may remain on the device after The Selfie Killer is uninstalled and must be deleted separately using the device's gallery or file-management tools.
Because The Selfie Killer does not provide user accounts, there is no remote user account to delete.
13. Children's Privacy
The Selfie Killer is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through a Neurostructure Studio account or backend service.
The application does not provide user accounts, social networking functionality or behavioral advertising.
14. Third-Party Services
The application may use services and software components provided by Google, including Android platform services, Google Play Billing and machine-learning components.
Those services may be subject to Google's privacy policies and terms.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if application functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change.
The current version will be made available at this public Privacy Policy URL.
