If I select the relevant client ID from the API console, I do indeed get a JSON file named client_secret_.... However, none of the fields of the JSON object are named secret or anything similar. (The fields are named client_id, project_id, auth_uri, token_uri, auth_provider_x509_cert_url, and redirect_uris.)

tldr: You need rooted android :v go to /data/data/com.humblebundle.forager/files

and there's your things.

so as the title suggests I was looking at forager internal files and things and found out that in the internal file root of the phone there's the mod and secret settings there so basically you can actually also have mods on Android that way too.

basically you need your phone to be rooted for this cuz it's in the root directory.

first install a root explorer and grant it root access. then go to /data/data/com.humblebundle.forager/files. and there will be the settings and the stuff that you would usually see on the PC ver too,

to install mods just download the zip of a mod and then put it in the root directory of the data of forager in Mods folder (Note: don't extract the zip just put the whole zip there) open forager and you'll see it says something about mods, after that you can see the mods have been installed :)

for the secret settings, after you go to the Files folder there will be a file called secretSettings.ini open that with a text editor and then change the options the way you want and done :v (I can't really tell if the mod thingies works or not since i don't know the mods or how they work anyways so yeah)

One of the reasons we recommend the Android system is that it's packed with hidden features and customization settings that allow us to configure our devices how we want. One way to access secret features on your Android smartphone is to use short codes or secret codes. You can use these secret codes to unlock extra features and run diagnostics on your Android smartphone. Some of these short codes are universal and work on any Android device, while others are specific to custom Android skins, like OneUI for Samsung smartphones.

In this guide, we mainly focus on universal secret codes that work no matter which Android smartphone you use. Let's check out the best secret codes for Android you can use to activate hidden features and diagnose your Android smartphone.

You can classify the Android secret codes into two main categories: manufactured-defined MMI codes and USSD codes. These codes have the same structure, and you won't notice a difference when running them.

Most codes run automatically when you enter the last hash (#) symbol. You may need to tap the call button to run some codes. Now that you have basic information about Android secret codes, let's check out the best Android secret codes you should know.

Some secret codes run on all Android devices, regardless of the manufacturer, while some only work on specific Android OEM devices. If a code doesn't work on your Android device, your device OEM doesn't support it.

One of the most useful Android secret codes is the *#*#4636#*#* code, which displays your phone info, usage statistics, and Wi-Fi details. You can get a detailed view of your battery usage statistics and Wi-Fi details, set your preferred network type, and run ping tests.

If you want to delete all the data on your device to start fresh, factory reset your Android smartphone using the *#*#7780#*#* secret code. This deletes all the data on your device, so only enter this code if you know what you are doing.

Here are several other secret codes to run on your Android smartphone to reveal hidden information. We ran these secret codes on Google Pixel and Samsung devices. While some worked, others didn't. Your mileage may vary depending on the smartphone brand you use.

These secret codes give you control over your Android device, allowing you to display hidden information and perform diagnostic tasks. Our only issue with these codes is that several are device-specific, so you don't know which one will work until you run them. Other than that shortcoming, we are happy with the system. Before you go, check out our roundup of Android 14 features and leaks to learn everything new coming to your Android phone.

Recently, I got a new Android Pixel phone and used the cloud backup to install my apps while setting up. Once they were all downloaded, the first one I would need to set up and login would be 1password. I had pulled my secret key to set up the application, but there was no need because the Google cloud backup had it. All I had to do was put in my password. I thought that I must have misconfigured the application to allow the key to back up. Still, there are no settings to opt-out of having a third party have a copy of my supposedly private secret key, at least to what is implied in their homepage FAQs and other marketing material. This seems like a massive concession of security for convenience.

The only addition we need to make is a new job step in build.yml to put the secret into a new local.properties file. This must be done after the code is checked out, or the file will be put in the wrong location:

Long story short I went from an iPhone to an Android and can't remember where I saved my secret key. I've seen an email that says "your secret key starts with...." so I know that I actually have an account, but I can't find this key anywhere and thus do not have all of my important passwords. Any help here? Thank you

Hey @liaemars, I'm sorry to hear about the lost Secret Key! Do you by any chance still have access to your old iPhone? If so, you can find your secret key within 1Password on that iPhone under Settings > Accounts and tapping on your account.

Hi Meek, I found your thread and my question is, where do I get my secret key from as I lost it?

I purchased the license back in july 2015 and want to put it on a new laptop but can't sign in as no Key, any ideas?

NO I don't have an emergency kit.

I have created an new oAuth 2 Client ID with android as the type under my playstore account. I am able to see the new client id but the client secret is missing. I have waited several hours but it is still not there.

Now, just select your project, click on "Registered Apps" on the left menu, selected your android app, and voil, on oAuth 2.0 Client Id you'll see your client secret. No idea why on the old google console it's not displayed, but if you really need a client secret key, it's there.

This is more effective than the DIAL action because it's direct and does not rely on the dialer to parse the code and fire the secret code intent itself. (Some dialers will not do this automatically and you'd have to hit "Call".) The DIAL intent is also handled by multiple apps (Phone, Skype, and Hangouts Dialer on my device) so this can skip that annoyance.

I developed an open source app that crawls AndroidManifest.xml files on your device to find secret codes, and allows you to execute the secret codes available on your device.

You can get it on the Play Store or on the GitHub repository Android-Secret Codes.

Android is the most popular mobile operating system in the world today. And, if you've been using an Android device for a while, you might already be aware of USSD codes. To run any Android security code, you must input it directly into the dialer. If entered correctly, the code will return a response automatically, or you might have to press Dial. So what are the most common Android security codes? And what do the "secret codes" actually do?

Through the Secret Server Mobile application, users can connect from a mobile device to a Secret Server instance to view, manage, and use secrets stored there. The mobile application interface is similar to the Secret Server interface, which makes it easy for users to navigate to find secrets and secret folders. The mobile application offers useful functionality including multi-factor authentication, biometric authentication, autofill, online and offline caching, and advanced secret workflows, all summarized below.

When a user enables their mobile device's autofill service and then registers Secret Server Mobile with that service, users can launch a web session from a secret on the mobile device and automatically populate username and password login credentials on specified web sites or other mobile applications.

When you select the mobile application or web page and click on the username field you should see a prompt from Secret Server Mobile to use the autofill service. Click this option to open the mobile app and log in if necessary, and the app runs a search of your secrets for:

If you can't scan QR codes with your device, you can set up Okta Verify by using an activation link sent to your email or to the short message service (SMS) app on your device. You can also activate Okta Verify by using a secret key.

Depending on how your organization configured your account, you can either enroll in Okta Verify by using an activation link sent to your email or messaging app on your device or manually, by using a secret key.

These codes can be broadly classified into two main categories USSD codes and MMI codes. While mostly not very useful to the average smartphone owner, these hidden codes can be used once in a while just to satiate your curiosity. The purpose of this article, therefore, is to create a comprehensive list of these secret codes for Android devices.

These aren't the secret ones, but they're not so well known. USSD, or Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, codes connect to the phone's network once dialed to perform certain functions, like finding out how much credit you have left on your prepaid phone or how much data you've used this month. They change often, and the codes vary from carrier to carrier. Here are a few you can try for some of the major US carriers, along with links to more carrier-specific codes: 006ab0faaa
