Ingredients:
16 green cardamom pods, shelled and finely ground
200 millilitres of oil or margarine (almost 1 cup)
½ cup of sugar
¾ cups of almond flour
Vanilla extract, to taste
2 ¾ cups of milk, divided
1 ½ cups of flour
4 ½ teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk
Whipped cream
Crushed pistachios, to garnish
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
