2 teaspoons of olive oil
1-2 chopped jalapeños or green chillies
1 onion, sliced
3-4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
½ cup of diced tomatoes
1 cup of red lentils
Water
1 teaspoon of coriander
½ teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of curry powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cumin, ginger and garlic powder, to taste
