Before You Arrive:

• Complete all your documents prior to our appointment except for signature and dates.

• Make sure you print your name exactly the same way as in your photo-ID.(No nick name!)

• Drafting, print-out and photocopying are available if you have the matter ready.

• The person signing the document must appear before the Commissioner for oaths.( either In-person or via Video call )

• Government issued photo identification (Driver's License or Passport, etc) is required at your appointment to verify identity. 

Fees:

• First signature of each document - $20.00

• Every subsequent signature for same document after first signature - $10.00
