Before You Arrive (Please read carefully):

• Make sure you read and understand your document completely.

• A commissioner for oaths cannot be both the Commissioner and Witness at the same time.

• Please bring your own witnesses if you require.Some document require only a Commissioner for oaths.Some document require one or more witnesses in addition to a Commissioner for oaths.Examine your document before appointment and make the arrangements accordingly.

• In some government forms, there may not have a designated place for a Commissioner for oaths to sign or to stamp. If you were still asked by your point of contact, to consult with a Commissioner for oaths, you probably need an affidavit or statutory declaration to submit with that form. In those situations, make sure you have that affidavit or statutory declaration ready before you meeting with a Commissioner for oaths. Our authority is only to administer those oaths-not to prepare those for you.

• Complete all your documents prior to our appointment except for signature and dates.

• Print your Complete Legal Name. Make sure you print your name exactly as the same way as in your valid photo-ID (First name, Middle name & Last Name).You are making a legally valid document.This is a common mistake people make often.

Example: If your full legal name is Frederick Antony, you cannot write Fred Tony or Fred Antony; 

Instead, you have to write Frederick Antony - letter by letter

• If you hand-write your name, please make sure it is legible.Use Capital Letters. 

• Print-out and photocopying are available if you have the matter ready.Please mention that in advance if you need it.

• The person signing the document must appear before the Commissioner for oaths.

• Government issued photo identification (Driver's License or Passport, etc) is required at your appointment to verify identity. 

• Acceptance of the prepared documents by the authority/court may vary depending on factors like completeness, judicial discretion etc. Our role is limitted to witnessing and authenticating the signatures.

• Please ask if you want to clarify anyting before arriving to save our time and effort.Please do not assume anything. I am always happy to answer your queries within my capacity.
