I am a Wellness Facilitator of all things growth and transformation, in ways greater than you can even imagine. For the past 23 years, I have been consistently committed to personal development and emotional intelligence work, embodying my vision of creating consciousness and healing in the world.

I am the Creator of Conscious 360 Movement, The Portal Costa Rica, and upcoming author of Your Reality on Fire. All of these modalities combine my deep wisdom teachings of intuitive guidance, empowerment, and emotional intelligence. I work globally with men and women of all ages, supporting you to embody a positive mindset, clear vision, and balanced lifestyle, in order to maintain healthy relationships in all aspects of your life.

Born as a highly sensitive being into a traumatic childhood, I grew up feeling scared, unsafe, and unloved. I felt a lot of deep sadness, and didn’t know where to go or who to confide in to process my experiences. As a child, I mirrored many unhealthy behaviors such as unworthiness, victim mentality, and letting unstable emotions define my present moment. I grew up in the energy of survival, intuitively knowing I wanted to thrive, yet grasping for answers on how to heal my pain.

One day, when I was 25 years old, I became aware that I was always looking at the glass 1/2 empty, a negative mindset telling me that I was the only unlucky person being let down by the world. I started to question if these thoughts were truth, realizing that I did not want to live this way any longer. From that moment forward, I made a committed effort to learn how to come from a positive mindset, cultivate my own self-love, and to utilize the great spiritual teachers of our time to elevate my consciousness. It hasn’t always been easy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I believe the deep hardships in life support me in teaching and empowering others to live their best life, one moment at a time.

Throughout my journey, I have been graciously honored by my peers, receiving the Women That Soar award, being featured on the Today Show, E! News, and in VOGUE magazine, among many other accolades.

I am a maniac on a mission to empower all humans to fall madly in love with themselves, stand in their truth, and live an epic life greater than they can imagine!

I continually support my transformational work with countless growth activations. My trainings include: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Authentic Relating, Mastery of Leadership Professional Speaking, Ascension Leadership Academy, and I am a long-standing member of the Transcendental Meditation community. I have been a Yoga practitioner for over 24 years and I live by Ram Dass’s profound statement, “We're all just walking each other home."

I am a transformational coach & healer, musician, ceremonialist, and a Modern Shamanism practitioner. I specialize in sovereign mentorships of all kinds.

I stand for freedom, health, conscious love,
and embodying a joyful lifestyle that is in harmony with all living beings.

I work with modalities from my rich medicine toolbox of trainings from around the world, inlcuding yet not limited to: Theta Healing, Shamanism, NLP, Positive Psychology, Coaching, Kabbalah, Channeling, Pranic Healing, Access Bars, Reiki, Art, Guided Meditations, and creation of financial abundance in a holistic way.

I combine my deep intuitive wisdom with loving guidance to activate your creative spirit, empowering you to thrive beyond self-imposed limitations and claim the life force energy of your sovereign expression.

I host private transformational containers, group courses and retreats,
working with the quantum field, the fabric of all creation, integrating the 4 levels of perception: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I facilitate deep trauma healings from the root, changing limiting beliefs and habits, to bring forth a true essence, soul purpose, and the opportunity to thrive in highest potential.

Since a very young age, I have faced many different traumas, growing up with a feeling of unworthiness that followed me everywhere I went. Even though I did manage to fit in, I never felt truly happy in the society I was born into. After two rough years of mandatory army service, I decided to shift my life and finally free my spirit. For the next ten years, I dedicated my life to traveling the world; exploring universal secrets, the raw beauty of wild lands, and connecting with cultures of different lineages, tribes and ways of life.

I learned greatly from the journey itself, training under leading global teachers, masters and shamans around the world.

During my journey, I faced my biggest fears, successfully undergoing many different initiations with a brave heart. I discovered my strength and power within, the ability to access it at any moment, and to live fully in authenticity and purpose.

A this time, I was diagnosed with a physical dis-ease, and recommended surgery was my only option. Using these unique modalities, I did a thorough intake of myself, and was able to heal myself naturally!

In this Now moment, I am healthy and happy, living a balanced lifestyle, and living all of my dreams into my reality.

My life mission is to guide men and women of all backgrounds, who are going through the journey of self exploration, to step into personal mastery and become the conscious creator of their own reality.

I believe that throught this historical time in history, as humanity is going through a big awakening, there is a tangible global shift available for all of us. I invite everyone to come back to unity, oneness, and love. From that state, you will remember and own your true power, live Heaven on Earth, and witness magic come to life.
