My fellow Ridgewayians, as I am sure you all know we are once again at war. The City of Vancouver, in its blinded lust for vengance is making a vain attempt at an invasion after their embarrassing defeat last time along the State of Firestone. I urge you, as patriots of Ridgeway, to do your civic duty and defend our state and our freedom. Take the opportunity the State Guard has granted you and LARP up.

The State Guard
Amidst the draining echoes of a new war, a vital force has emerged from the horizon — the State Guard. A volunteer auxillary force which will behave similarly to the acclaimed, though now disbanded, "1st Concripted Cavalry." The bar for entry will be much lower than the National Guard, giving ordinary citizens without prior experience to take up arms and defend our great state. The brave volunteers who choose to enlist will fight alongside the National Guard, just as militias fought alongside the Continental Army during the American Revolution. The State Guard shall be a new outlet for patriotism, and a historical repetition of America's most powerful building block.

Joint Warfare
Many opportunities have arisen with the establishment of yet another military body to fight for the State of Ridgeway. Joint warfare, to be specific, the two branches will bring an unprecedented amount of organization and complex military stratagem to the playing field. Not only that, but the State of Mayflower has proclaimed its declaration of war against FIrestone, joining the fight alongside Ridgeway in its defense against Firestonian and Vancouverite nationals. This opens up the possibility of international joint warfare between Ridgeway and Firestone. We now look forward to another swift, brutal victory against our adversaries.
