RCFD Explorers to Recieve Conditional Pardons

According to Governor Matrix at a recent press conference, those who apply for the new Fire Department Explorer program and get accepted will be eligible for conditional pardons.

“What does this mean?” This is one of many questions the reader may ask. A conditional pardon is a pardon executed by the Governor’s executive powers. Similar to an expungement, it requires a prospective pardoned person to be free from crime for a specified amount of time, and if the conditions are satisfied, all of their records will be automatically removed.
