Anonymous Censurement Released Regarding the Matrix Administration and the Recent National Guard issues & Discharges!

At the Palmer Times, we had received an influx of messages regarding this document that addresses the issues of the so-called "false at-wills" of National Guardsmen, that had been covered up by illegal actions and the exploitation of the law. The document mentions how the 1st Amendment is practically 'eradicated' within the National Guard, and how only the Governor and the Matrix Administration wish to have a tight grasp on the National Guard to replace the upper echelons of positions with their 'friends' through the use of free ranking, and lastly, how the Matrix administration is nothing but a biased dictatorship who wish to get ahold over the state and wish to push their "corrupt agenda" simultaneously. The two main antagonizers mentioned are Governor Matrix_oc and Adjutant General BrandonnLUV. While the report is partially vague, it possesses a persuading factor and also states a huge problem that Ridgeway faces as well. 

While also challenging the competency and integrity that lies within the Matrix Administration.
