We are a team of researchers at Tarleton State University. In the JACL, we study how people remember, recognize, describe, and, misidentify human faces using rigorous methodology based in theories of human cognition. We aim to determine how mental processes shape real-world memory and human behavior, and to produce findings that are meaningful beyond the lab.
