All downloads in the The Free Digital Library are thematically powered by Google App Scripts.
For obvious practical reasons like spamming,etc. , Google App Script allows only 100 automated mails to be sent in a day.
This counter below constantly updates the remaining number of mails that can be sent for the day. If the count is below 5 or is 0, users won't receive mail with the download link for the book, on that date.
