Our campus laundry services (formerly partnered with Tide) will pick up, wash, fold, and return students' laundry 3 times a week.

How our college laundry service works

Forget lugging around laundry bags to overcrowded laundry rooms and waiting hours to guard your load of laundry while it's washing and drying. Our service is easy to use without taking time away from studying. Follow these simple steps to get started with our campus laundry service.

Download The Family Laundromat app. which is available in Apple and Google Play Stores. Sign up by following the prompts. Once signed up, you can request a locker pick-up (scan the locker location or enter the locker location using the manual search), check your drop-off and pick-up locations and track your laundry order status. 

Choose a laundry plan or you can pay by the load at $2.49 per pound (Min charge 10 lbs)

 Go to your profile tab and choose one of three plans: Yearly plans are available by request

50 LB per month -    $108.00

100 LB per month -  $205.00 (Most popular plan)

150 LB per month -   $303.00 Heavy use, good for athletes

Pick Up your laundry bags

After you've registered, you will receive a large colorful Wash & Fold bag .

Fill your laundry bag with dirty clothes.

We give you two bags if you want your colors washed separate from your white clothes.

Drop off your laundry bags to convenient locker locations in the following dorms:

Note: You can use any bag for your first service if you have not received your laundry bag. It will be returned in a wash and fold bag.

• Your laundry will be delivered in the same convenient location, neatly packaged for you to take back to your dorm.
