Crafting written content is Art and Science

Creating engaging content to bring readers back for more, is a mixture of art and science. Art incorporates passion. Science is in the details.

Those with the talent spend years (including their entire lives) honing their skills. They are passionate about what they do. The science behind writing is in understanding how to engage a diverse audience with different communication and learning styles.

I use my passion and my knowledge to drive engaging content.

"To gain your own voice, you have to forget about having it heard." ~ Allen Ginsberg

How you Live is how you Lead

How we choose to live influences everything we do; how we interact with others, how we view the world, how we live our lives, and more. Choice is a powerful tool, suffering is always optional.

When we aim for excellence over perfection, we can achieve that much more.

Failure becomes feedback that we can learn and grow from.

Inner thoughts affect emotional states and influence whether people react or respond.

Leadership is not a one-style-fits-all, there is no one best solution. I help Executives understand and apply Authenticity, Emotional Intelligence, and Effective Communication.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Inspiring One Person at a Time

Everyone has a message to tell the world. Not everyone is willing to do it on a stage.

I am not saying I love being the center of attention, because I truly don't. I am saying that I have messages of hope and inspiration to share that I know at least one person from every audience takes to heart.

Most public speakers feel the same way. It is about inspiring the one, who goes on to inspire others. It is a ripple effect, like throwing a pebble into a pond.

"There are always three speeches, for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one you wish you gave." - Dale Carnegie

On Life Coaching

"When you have the chance to work with a coach who really gets to the heart of the problem, call Jen. Jen was able to quickly help me get to the problem within the problem, finding the hidden ways I sabotaged my plans – read LIFE. I have been seeing therapists for over 30 years; and in one breakthrough session was able to get more learnings out of my negative patterns that I had in 30+ years in counseling.  Jen was able to coach me through healing pieces of my life that I had refused to even talk about with my therapist. I would recommend Jen in a heartbeat if you want to uncover the “problem” and deal with the real problem! Get out of your way, Jen can help you do that."

On Executive Coaching

"Dr Jen helped me to define who I am as a leader, and embrace my authentic self! She helped me explore my leadership skills, love the powerful woman I am. Jennifer guided me on how to incorporate my leadership traits to better lead my own team. I highly recommend exploring your leadership style, discover your limiting decisions wrapped around leadership and BREAK through those limiting decisions. Jennifer was available to coach me on a consistent basis, and also made herself available when I had a situation when I needed additional guidance between sessions. I am a stronger leader and continue to grow my leadership skills with her coaching."

On Writing

"Copywriting is part art and part science. The science part is being able to listen to how someone expresses their ideas and then have the ability to internalize the spoken words and ask the right questions to get to the heart of the concepts being presented. The art part is being able to take that and express it in a way that connects with the intended readers and audience. Jennifer does both of those exceptionally well.

She can understand the most complex concepts and make them easy to digest for the readers. She is fast, efficient, creative, and someone you can count on to get the job done right. She is also open to criticism and takes direction and runs with it until everyone involved is elated!

And... she is just fun to work with. If you need a writer, especially in the technical space, I highly recommend having a conversation with Jennifer about your needs."
