Trinitarianism With a Twist

A Study for Christians Leaving Traditional Systems and Inventing New Ones

Many Christians today are coming out of both Modalism and Trinitarianism. But instead of returning to the simple, biblical monotheism of the apostles, some are inventing hybrid systems — what I call Modalism With a Twist and Trinitarianism With a Twist.

These systems claim to reject their former doctrines, yet they quietly carry the same assumptions and simply rearrange the pieces. The result is confusion, contradiction, and a denial of the true Son of God.

This study exposes these new hybrid theologies and contrasts them with the biblical pattern: one eternal God — the Father — and one exalted Lord — the man Christ Jesus.

1. The Biblical Foundation:

One Eternal God, One Exalted to Be Lord

The Scriptures consistently present one eternal Spirit who alone is the Creator. This one God is always identified as the Father. He alone is uncreated, immortal, invisible, and the source of all things.

At the same time, the Scriptures also present one Lord to Christians — Jesus the Messiah — the man whom God raised from the dead and exalted to His right hand.

It was “after the cross and resurrection that Almighty God the Father made Jesus to become “a”:

Lord
Christ
Judge of the living and the dead
Heir of all things
A god under Himself (Psalm 45:7; Hebrews 1:8–9)

This does not force two “Eternal” Gods on the past BEFORE the cross and resurrection. Bit rather, it simply shows exactly what the Bible itself actually teaches:

One eternal God — the Father
One exalted Lord — the man God raised and glorified

This is exactly what the Apostle Paul taught us in 1 Corinthians 8:6:

“There is one God, the Father… and one Lord, Jesus Christ…” (1 Corinthians 8:6).

And, according to the first “Gospel” message in Acts 2:22-36, Almighty God the Father MADE the MAN that He approved to become both Lord and Messiah after the cross and resurrection. Please read the in-depth study called “The FIRST Gospel Message in Acts 2:22-42!”

The Scriptures consistently present ONE Eternal Spirit who alone is the Creator. This one God is ALWAYS identified as the Father.

“To us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things” (1 Corinthians 8:6).
“One God and Father of all” (Ephesians 4:6).
“The Father… the only true God” (John 17:3).
“God is Spirit” (John 4:24).
“I am God, and there is none else” (Isaiah 45:22).
“Who only has immortality (1 Timothy 6:16)
“Whom no man CAN SEE (1 Timothy 6:16)

At the same time, the Scriptures also present one Lord to Christians, who is Jesus the Messiah, the man whom God raised from the dead and exalted to His right hand.

“God has made this Jesus… both Lord and Christ” (Acts 2:36).
“God raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory” (1 Peter 1:21).
“The man whom He has ordained” (Acts 17:31).
“He became superior to the angels” (Hebrews 1:4).
“Angels made subject to him” (1 Peter 3:22)
“Sit at My right hand” (Psalm 110:1; Hebrews 1:13).
“Declared the Son with power by the resurrection (Romans 1:3,4)

These verses plus many more do NOT teach two eternal Gods nor do they teach two separate eternal persons in one God.

Rather, these verses clearly teach ONE Eternal God who created a man and then highly exalted the Son of Man to be made a Lord after the cross and resurrection.

One eternal God — the Father
One exalted Lord — the man God raised and glorified

Again, this is exactly what the Apostle Peter teaches in Acts 2:22-36 and the Apostle Paul taught in 1 Corinthians 8:6.

“There is one God, the Father… and one Lord, Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 8:6).

2. The Reality of “Many Gods and Many Lords”

The Bible “openly acknowledges” the existence of other “gods” and “lords.” They are spiritual beings who have eternal life and they rule, and serve their Creator Yahweh.

But some of the Elohim rebelled against Yahweh and waged a war in the universe. Most Christians simply call them “angels,” but Scripture calls them:

The god of this present world (2 Corinthians 4:3,4)
“There be gods many and lords many” (1 Corinthians 8:5).
“God stands in the congregation of the gods” (Psalm 82:1).
“I said, you are gods” (Psalm 82:6).
“The sons of God” (Job 1:6)
“Morning stars and Sons of God (Job 38:7).
“Principalities and powers” (Colossians 1:16).
“Rulers of the darkness” (Ephesians 6:12).

These are “real” beings created by the Eternal Spirit. They are NOT FAKE gods. They are what most Christians called the “angels” And among these are gods and lords are the:

faithful heavenly sons who serve the Father
rebellious heavenly sons who oppose Him

The King of the fallen angels is Satan, who is called the god of this present world in 2 Corinthians 4:3,4. He is called the King of his angels in Revelation 9:11, Revelation 12:7,9, and Matthew 25:41.

However, Jesus is not one of these lords and gods. For he was never an angel, never a heavenly being, never a pre‑existent spirit creature.

The Father never said to any angel at any time:

“You are My Son, this day I have begotten you” (Acts 13:33,34)
“Sit at My right hand” (Psalm 110:1-4; Hebrews 12:2, and Hebrews 1:13)
“I will be to Him a Father” (Hebrews 1:5, Hebrews 5:5, Psalm 2:7, and Acts 13:33)
“And he shall be to Me a Son” (Acts 13:33, Hebrews 1:5, Psalm 2:7, and Hebrews 5:5)
“Let all the angels of God worship Him” (Referring to second coming in Hebrews 1:6)
“Made the angels subject to him” (2 Peter 3:22)
“Obtained a NAME above the angels (Hebrews 1:4; Philippians 2:8-11; Isaiah 54:5, Isaiah 62:2. and Revelation 3:12)
“God raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory” (1 Peter 1:21).
“Jesus entered into glory after suffering” (Luke 24:46).

A more correct translation of John 17:5.

“And now, O Father, glorify You me with Your own self with the glory which I am TO POSSESS WITH YOU OVER the world TO BE.”

And this is exactly what is prophesied and FULFILLED! And in John 17:18-26, we are promised to be given the SAME Glory that God GAVE to Jesus after the cross and resurrection.

We are sent into the world the same as Jesus
We will be one with the Father the same as Jesus
We are not of this world the same as Jesus

The throne over the earth was taken from Satan and originally given to Adam. And then was stolen or seized back by Satan.

And now, Yahweh is in the process of seizing back His throne over the earth. This truth can be seen in Job when correctly translated, and made explicit in Psalm 2, Psalm 110, Daniel 7, and Acts 17:31.

Here is one of the verses in Job 26:7 that teaches us about what happened to cause the Earth to BECOME void and without form in Genesis 1:2.

Job 26:9 from the King James Version.

“He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it”

Job 26:9 translated correctly in the light of its Context.

“He SEIZES back the face of his throne, and EXPANDS his cloud upon it.”

Now that you understand my view and what the Bible actually teaches us in simplicity, let’s begin to delve into this study titled:

Modalism With a Twist & Trinitarianism With a Twist!

Please understand that the words “God,” “Lord,” and “King” are TITLES given to both the Creator and to “some” of His created creatures who are found worthy to be given a throne to rule in His NAME.

I will cover one view at a time, but in truth, there is a little Trinitarianism in Modalism. And there is also a little Modalism in Trinitarianism.

3. Modalism With a Twist

Some former Oneness believers reject the classic claim that “Jesus is the Father,” yet they still retain the core idea: one divine being appearing in different forms. Their “Twist” usually includes:

A belief in one invisible Spirit
A belief in a visible “image” or “form” of that Spirit
A belief that this visible form is also God
A belief that Jesus is simply the earthly version of that form
A belief that the Word in John 1:1 is both “with” God and is “God Himself”
A belief that God the Word was created as the FIRST Creation of God.

Now, to me, this creates “two gods”, even though they deny it:

The invisible Spirit God.
The visible “image” God named the Word.
The Word became the Son in John 1:14.

They call these “manifestations,” but Scripture never teaches that God created a second divine being to serve as His visible form before the creation of the universe.

This “Twisted” form of Modalism is not Biblical monotheism — it is a modified bi‑theism of two Eternal Gods who together created the universe.

Biblical monotheism teaches that the ONE Eternal God made or promoted “some” of the angels He created, whom He set on thrones.

Here are two passages of Scripture that will help you see that Lucifer was not always a god. Rather, his God and creator Anointed him to be SET on a throne.

Ezekiel 28:11-19 and Isaiah 14:

“Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, (Ezekiel is a “figure” of the Son of Man, Jesus. Here is just one of my studies showing that there are many figures, types, and shadows of Jesus in the Old Testament. But none of them are a “LIteral” pre-existing God to Son or a God with God named the Word. Is Jesus Michael the Archangel? The short answer is an emphatic NO!)

Ezekiel 28:12. Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, (The name Tyrus means Rock. So this king is a king over a Rock. And I find it interesting that the Earth is called the Third Rock from the Sun. A prophecy in Malachi 4:1-3 refers to Jesus as the Sun of Righteousness, And clearly the Sun of Righteousness is NOT the same being as Yahweh. So then, Yahweh is instructing the Son of MAN to take up a lamentation against the king of the Earth in 2 Corinthians 4:3,4) and say unto him, Thus says the Lord GOD; You seal up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.

Ezekiel 28:13. You have been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of your tabrets and of your pipes was prepared in you in the day that you were created.

Ezekiel 28:14. You are the anointed cherub that covers; and I have SET you so: you were upon the Holy Mountain of God; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

Ezekiel 28:15. You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, till iniquity was found in you.

Ezekiel 28:16. By the multitude of your merchandise they have filled the midst of you with violence, and you have sinned: Therefore. I will cast you as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. (The stones of fire refer to the stars, which spiritually speak of the angels called the morning stars. See Job 38:7.)

Ezekiel 28:17. Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness: I will cast you to the ground, I will lay you before kings, that they may behold you.

Ezekiel 28:18. You have defiled your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your traffick; Therefore, will I bring forth a fire from the midst of you, it (The destruction of the Earth with fire to become the Lake of Fire in Revelation 20:7-15 and 2 Peter 3;10-12) shall devour you, and I will bring you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold you.

Ezekiel 28:19. All those that know you among the people shall be astonished at you: you shall be a terror, and never shall you be any more.”

Now read Isaiah 14:12-15.

“How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How are you cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations!

Isaiah 14:13. For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: (The sides of the north is where the City of God is located, according to Psalm 48:2.)

Isaiah 14:14. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; (Not every planet has clouds like the Earth. And since the Bible is written to the inhabitants of the Earth, then it should be apparent that Lucifer is now God’s enemy Satan, who is the god over the Earth during this present age from Adam’s sin to the return of Jesus to replace Satan as the RIGHTEOUS King over the whole earth for 1000 years.) I will be like the most High.

Isaiah 14:15. Yet you shall be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.”

My Point is that Almighty God is in the process of cutting down one and PROMOTING another to take his place, according to Psalm 75:1-10.

This is a Prophecy of Jesus being promoted to the Throne over the Whole Earth to rule in righteousness and in peace to judge the fallen gods.

Psalm 75:1-10.

“To the chief Musician, Altaschith, A Psalm or Song of Asaph. Unto You, O God, do we give thanks, unto You do we give thanks: for that Your NAME is near Your wondrous works declare. (The Glorified Son of Man, Jesus, is the NAME of Yahweh, because his God and Father GAVE him a NEW NAME that is higher than any other name. Please read the in-depth study called Book 9 Ch9. Isaiah 62:2. What is the NEW NAME of Jesus?)

Psalm 75:2. When I (The highly exalted Son of Man, Jesus) SHALL RECEIVE the congregation I (The highly exalted Son of Man, Jesus) will judge uprightly.

Psalm 75:3. The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I (The highly exalted Son of Man, Jesus) bear up the pillars of it. Selah. (Selah means to pause and think about this. The Saints are the PILLARS of the earth)

Psalm 75:4. I (The highly exalted Son of Man, Jesus) said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

Psalm 75:5. Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

Psalm 75:6. For PROMOTION comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. (Notice that “from the NORTH” is not listed. The City of our God is on the sides of the NORTH, which is from where “promotion” comes)

Psalm 75:7. But God is the judge: (See Acts 17:29-31 where Yahweh Judges by the MAN whom He ordained and raised from the dead. And also see John 5:26,27 where the Father committed all Judgment into the hands of the Son of MAN, BECAUSE he was a MAN. It is Yahweh the Father who made the Son of MAN a Lord and a King. So, the Almighty God the Father) He puts down one, and SETS UP another. (Satan, the god of this present world is being “dethroned”, which is what the word translated as “foundation” actually means. Deposition means the action of deposing someone, especially a monarch. That means removing someone from the THRONE. Do your own research and look up the meaning of the word “Foundation of the World” in the New Testament: From G2598; a deposition, that is, founding; figuratively conception: - conceive, foundation. And G2598 means: From G2596 and G906; to throw down: - cast down, lay. Please read the studies called: Q-5. Psalm 75:8. For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he pours out of the same: (The HAND of Yahweh the Father refers to the Servant of the Creator that Yahweh works through. In Yahweh’s “hand” is a CUP, referring to the cup of dying on the cross. And there is also the cup of executing the wrath and vengeance of Yahweh the Father by Jesus and the saints) but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

Psalm 75:9. But I (Speaking of the Glorified Son of Man, Jesus) will declare forever; I (Speaking of the Glorified Son of Man, Jesus) will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

Psalm 75:10. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; (Speaking of the Glorified Son of Man, Jesus) but the horns (The word horns speak of the “power”. See Revelation 12:9-12.) of the righteous shall be exalted.”

So then, Modalism, Trinitarianism, and this “Twisted” version of Modalism and Trinitarianism with a “Twist” all have more than just ONE God in ONE person, who ALONE is the Almighty God. They simply do NOT REALIZE what they are actually teaching.

I teach what the Bible itself teaches, which is ONE ETERNAL God, who is THE God over the gods He made to become gods under and subject to Him.

You cannot prove from the Bible that the Father is NOT the God of Jesus. Therefore, it is impossible for Jesus to be the ALMIGHTY God, because Jesus has the Father as his God.

This brings us to the next section on Trinitarianism with a “Twist.”

4. Trinitarianism With a Twist

Some former Trinitarians reject the co‑equal and the co‑eternal Trinity teaching. Yet they still retain the idea of a pre‑existent divine Son. Their Trinitarian “Twist” usually includes:

A created Son who existed before Mary
A Son who created all things
A Son who is subordinate but was still divine from birth
A Son who is “with God” as a second heavenly being

This view also creates two gods whether they realize it or not.

The eternal Father
The created divine Son who created all things

This is not biblical monotheism where God is the God of gods. Rather, it is a modified form of Arianism.

For those of you who may not already know, Arianism was an early Christian doctrine that denied the eternal deity of the Son. Arius taught that the Father alone is eternal, and that the Son was the first being God created, through whom God made everything else.

In Arianism, the Son is not equal with the Father, not eternal, and not truly God in the same sense as the Father. Arius believed that the “logos” or the Word is a created divine being who was higher than angels, but still a creature brought forth into existence by Yahweh.

This is the very foundation of what Jehovah’s Witnesses also teach today: the Son (whom they identify as Michael the archangel) was created first, and then used by God to create all other things.

The modern “Twist” theologies — both Modalism With a Twist and Trinitarianism With a Twist — end up repeating this same Arian structure, even though they use different vocabulary.

They deny the co‑equal Trinity, which is Biblically correct to do, but they still retain the idea of a pre‑existent divine being who existed before the Virgin birth.

All four of these beliefs teach that this pre-existing divine being was the first of God’s Creation before the universe was created. And then, God created all things BY that created divine being.

The only difference is the label they attach to that being.

Even though these three new hybrid systems appear different on the surface, they share the same underlying framework. All three of these new belief systems teach two divine beings, one eternal and one created, but they disguise this by using different terminology.

However, no matter how you “slice and dice” this Arianism view, you will always end up with TWO Separate Gods: One God is Eternal and the other God was Created by the Eternal God.

This is “WHY” the man-made Doctrine of the Trinity developed to “try” to solve the TWO separate Gods to make just ONE God.

The first man-made doctrine to“try” to solve the two separate beings called God was Modalism, which wrongly teaches that God “manifests” Himself in three modes of existence.

But that view does not work, because it does not allow Jesus to be a TRUE person with his OWN will and his OWN soul. It denies that the Father is TRULY the God OF Jesus.

Then the Doctrine of the Trinity formed over the next three hundred years.

But that view does NOT work either, because it denies the Son having a BEGINNING and also does not TRULY see that the Father is the God OVER Jesus.

The TRUTH of the whole matter is that the Bible teaches us that there are MANY gods and MANY lords, but Trinitarians MUST have only ONE God. Therefore, they must “redefine” every other “god” spoken of in the Bible as a FALSE god.

All four of these beliefs fail to understand that the word “God”, King, and Lord are TITLES. And thus, they “TRY” to FORCE Jesus to be the SAME God as the Father.

But that is going beyond God’s word and DENIES that Yahweh is the God of gods. Real gods whom He Himself set on thrones. They argue that none of the angels are called the Elohim. And thus, Satan cannot possibly be the god of this world as 2 Corinthians 4:3,4 plainly states.

Again, Modalism with a “twist” teaches:

The eternal invisible Spirit (God the Father)
The created visible divine being (God the Word)

Even though they deny having “two gods,” the structure is identical to Arianism and Jehovah’s Witness theology. All four of these views have an Eternal Divine Spirit being who created another divine being NAMED the Word, who functions as the creator of all things.

And here is the almost identical view Ex-Trinitarians fall into not realizing that they are also teaching two separate Gods.

Trinitarianism With a Twist

In this system, the believer rejects the co‑equal and the co-eternal Traditional Trinity theory, but still insists that the Son existed before the Virgin birth as a divine being. And God created all things BY His Son.

They say:

The Son existed in heaven
The Son created all things
The Son was with God
The Son is subordinate to God, but still divine
The Son is the “agent” of creation

Again, this also creates two separate divine beings, one Eternal God, who brought into existence a God who never existed before.

Thus, this other God that they call the Son was Created. And they use Revelation 3:14 and Colossians 1:15 to TRY to prove their man-made doctrine that contradicts other verses of Scripture.

The eternal Father
The created divine Son

This is simply Arianism with the word “Son” replacing the word “Word.” The structure is the same: a pre‑existent divine being created by God, and then used by God to create everything else.

The only difference is the terms or labels each side uses. Nonetheless, all three four theologies are the same.

When you strip away the terminology, all four systems, Arianism, the Jehovah’s Witness, the Modalism with a “Twist”, and the Trinity with a “Twist” teach the same thing:

A SEPERATE divine being existed before creation.
This being was created by God.
This being created all other things.
This being later became Jesus.

Modalism With a Twist calls this Created being “the Word.”

Trinitarianism With a Twist calls this Created being “the Son.”

Jehovah’s Witnesses call this being “Michael the archangel.”

Arianism is different in that to Arius, the word was God’s thought that God spoke as His words. And thus, the Word had a BEGINNING.

Here is a brief summary of what Arius taught:

Arius taught:

Only the Father is eternal.

The Father alone is unbegotten, uncreated, and without beginning.

But the Word (The Logos) is NOT eternal.

The Word had a beginning.

Arius said: “There was when He was not.”

The Word was the first thing God created.

The Logos is the first and greatest creature in the mind of Arius, but still a creature.

The Word is the agent of creation.

God used the created Logos to create everything else.

The Word is not equal with God.

He is divine in a secondary sense — a lesser god.

However, Arius also taught that the Word was NOT just merely God’s thoughts that we brought into existence. In other words, Arius did not teach that the Word was merely “God’s thought” or “God’s spoken words.”

He taught that the Word was a created heavenly being — a real divine person — who was brought into existence by the Eternal God before the universe existed.

Arius taught that the Word was brought into existence by God before all ages — the first created being — and therefore, the Word had a beginning.

So then, again, all four of these views teach the same things, but with different terms:

These believers say:

God is one Spirit
God created a visible “form” or “image” of Himself
That “image” is called “the Word”
That “image” is called “God the Son”
That “Word” or that “Son” created all things
That “Word” of that “Son” later BECAME Jesus

This is exactly what Arianism taught:

A created divine being
Who is not the Father
Who is used to create all things
Who later becomes Jesus

The only difference is vocabulary.

Arius called this being the Logos.

Jehovah’s Witnesses call this being Michael.

Modalism With a Twist calls this being the Word‑form of God.

Trinitarianism with a Twist calls this being the Son of God. But they differ from Traditional Trinitarianisn in that the Son is UNDER the Father and the Son and his BEGINNING in the Eternity past before the universe existed.

Different labels — same doctrine.

All four systems deny the true humanity of Jesus by making Him a pre‑existent divine being who only “appeared” as a man.

All four systems deny the true Father–Son relationship by making the Son a created divine helper to create the universe.

Every view, including the “Traditional” Trinitarian view and the “Traditional” Modalist view, CONFUSES the creation of the universe with God’s NEW Creation of Righteous humans.

The ONLY view that I am aware of that is in the world today that correctly interprets Colossians 1:15, Revelation 3:14, and John 1:3 as referring to the NEW Creation of God is the Biblical Unitarian View.

They teach what the Apostles taught, which is that God’s Son came into existence at the Virgin Birth as God’s HUMAN Son.

In other words, every other system, except for Biblical Unitarianism, denies the TRUE Biblical monotheism taught in the Bible itself.

They deny that Yahweh is the God over the gods He made by wrongly teaching there is only ONE God.

No! There is only One ALMIGHTY God. There is only one Eternal God who never had a ‘Beginning.” That Eternal Spirit is ALWAYS clearly Identified as being the FATHER Alone. The Father is the ONLY God who does NOT have God OVER Him. And Jesus has the Father as being “HIS” God over him.

The Bible itself clearly teaches us that the Father and His Son are NOT the same BEING and neither are they the SAME God.

Satan is also called THE god with the definite article “THE” in 2 Corinthians 4:2,4, but no Christians ever tries to FORCE Satan to be the SAME God as the Father.

Many of the angels are also called gods, but we understand that they are gods under their Creator who made them become gods.

We are NOT to worship the angels. The angels are gods. But to us as CHRISTIANS there is but ONE god EVEN the Father. So, the ONE TRUTHFUL God is the Father and the LYING god is Satan. Which “GOD” will you follow? For you see, whichever “GOD” you SERVE, his child your are.

5. Why These Man-made Systems Are Confusing and Unbiblical

Every Christian view, except Biblical Unitarianism, creates confusion because they mix Biblical terms with unbiblical assumptions.

They read the “Word” in John 1:1 as a “person” instead of God’s speech. That is the START of all of the confusion. They then FORCE John 1:14 to read in the minds of their followers to dogmatically demand that God was made flesh.

But in truth, it was the word that was made flesh.

In other words, they must first read into John 1:1c the interpretation that the Word is a Divine Being who was WITH God and who WAS ALMIGHTY God Himself.

They REFUSE to TRULY consider the word as being God’s PROPHETIC word spoken out of the MOUTH of God, and that PROPHECY’s FULFILLMENT was TOWARD the Gods right=hand side to be seated on His throne, and the PROPHECY was “A” God.

But yet, this is EXACTLY what has been FULFILLED. The LIGHT comes to the darkness and the darkness receives in not.

They also misread the phrase the “firstborn of all creation” as the “first created” by God in the eternity past before the universe was created.

They fail to see that Colossian Chapter 1 is about God’s NEW Creation and that Jesus is the FIRST of God’s NEW Creation.

Trinitarian Christians do the SAME.

And that is partially due to how the original Greek text was “TRANSLATED” into the English language.

You see, what some Christians have not yet been told is that WHEN the Bible was “translated” into English, the PREDOMINANT belief was TRINITARIANISM.

They were never told that the King of England gave directives, his COMMANDS to the translators to NOT translate the KJV to oppose the Doctrine of the Trinity.

The Church of the Firstborn - Book 2 Ch5. John 1:1 RETURNING to the FIRST Century!

Every group of Christians except for Biblical Unitarian Christians also read the phrase “the Lord from heaven” as a pre‑existent heavenly being instead of “the Lord whose authority is from heaven,” or as “the Lord IN Heaven.”

They fail to see the Son of MAN whom his God MADE a Lord who ascended into heaven and now is IN heaven.

In other words, the SOURCE of the Son of MAN being made to become a Lord was FROM Heaven.

And they read “before Abraham was, I am” as a claim to deity instead of a claim to Messiahship.

To me, the correct “translation” of John 8:58 is to move the “comma”

John 8:58 correctly translated.

“Jesus said unto them,Truly, truly, I say unto you, Before Abraham, was I to be.”

Abraham rejoiced to see the day of the Messiah and he saw that DAY in Prophecy, just as we see the DAY of our Lord’s RETURN in Prophecy and we rejoice.

God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). Confusion comes from reading preconceived ideas or beliefs into the text. When the Scriptures are allowed to speak plainly, the picture is simple:

The Father alone is eternal.
The Son begins in Mary.
The Son is exalted after the cross.
The Son becomes Lord and Christ by God’s appointment.
The Son becomes a god under the Father (Psalm 45:7).

There is no pre‑existent divine being with God before the universe came into existence.

There is no created god who creates all things.

There is no heavenly Son before the cross and resurrection.

There is only:

One eternal God — the Father
One exalted Lord — the man Christ Jesus

This is the faith once delivered to the saints.

Read Psalm 45:7 to learn the TRUE REASON for the Son being set on a THRONE. It was BECAUSE he LOVED righteousness and HATED iniquity.

Psalm 45:7.

“You LOVE righteousness, and HATE wickedness: THEREFORE (Or for this very REASON that You LOVE righteousness, and HATE wickedness) God, YOUR God, has Anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows. ”

Now IF a divine being named the Word or called God the Son was SET on a throne BEFORE the creation of the universe, as EVERY Group of Christians CLAIM, except for Biblical Unitarian Christians, then that would mean that BOTH Righteousness and INIQUITY or WICKEDNESS also EXISTED BEFORE the universe was created.

NO! That is just utter CONFUSION! It makes no sense at all to INTERPRET Hebrews 1:8,9 as occurring BEFORE the cross and resurrection, when you TRULY consider the PROPHECIES in the Old Testament concerning the Messiah.

Who are the FELLOWS the God Anointed to be ABOVE if these verses are interpreted as an even BEFORE the cross and resurrection?

Can you not see that it was the Messiah who was set on God’s throne BECAUSE the Son of MAN, Jesus, LOVED Righteousness and HATED INIQUITY.

Allow the Holy Spirit to OPEN the eyes of understanding!

This brings us to section 6, which explains what the Bible itself actually teaches us.

6. The Apostolic Pattern: The Son Begins in Mary

The Bible never teaches a pre‑existent Son. Instead, it teaches:

The Son was born (Luke 1:35)
The Son was made (Galatians 4:4)
The Son was begotten (Psalm 2:7)
The Son was appointed heir (Hebrews 1:2)
The Son was exalted (Acts 2:36 and Philippians 2:6-11)
The Son was made Lord and Christ (Acts 2:36)
The Son was given authority (Matthew 28:18)
The Son was raised and glorified (Luke 24:26 and Acts 3:13)

So again, before Mary, being BORN of a woman, the Son of God did not exist as a person. Rather, what existed was:

God’s plan
God’s promise
God’s word
God’s decree
God’s Prophecy

The word was WITHIN THE God, the word was SPOKEN out the MOUTH of THE God, and the spoken word of Prophecy was about a human Son of God going TOWARD the God to be seated at His right-hand side. And the word or Prophecy was about that MAN becoming a God under and subject to his God to rule as God would rule in the NAME of his God over the whole Earth for 1000 years.

But first, the word became flesh,and that is WHEN the Son of Almighty God the Creator began to exist.

God did NOT BECOME a MAN or the Son of man. We have Yahweh’s word on this in Numbers 23:19 and Hosea 11:1,9.

Rather, God MADE man and the Son of Man AFTER some of the angels rebelled and became God’s ENEMIES. And that is the very REASON for WHY God made man and the Son of MAN, according to Psalm 8:1-6.

7. After the Cross: Two Gods, But Only One Eternal God who had No Beginning!

After the resurrection, God exalted the man Jesus to divine status. This creates:

One eternal God — the Father
One exalted human to become a god — the Son

This is exactly what Psalm 45:1-7 and Hebrews 1:8,9 clearly teaches:

“Your God has anointed you”
“Therefore God, your God, has exalted you”

The Father remains the only eternal God.

The Son became a god under his God and Father.

This is not polytheism. It is the biblical hierarchy:

The Father — the Most High God
The Son — the exalted Lord
The faithful sons of God — the heavenly rulers
The rebellious sons — the fallen gods to be destroyed

If Jesus is the SAME God as the Father as Trinitarian Christians CLAIM, then Jesus CANNOT have another God to be over him. And the Bible clearly teaches us that the Father is the God OF Jesus.

8. Why These Theologies With a “Twist” Fail

Both of these new hybrid systems fail for the same reason:

They refuse to let the Son be a real human being who began in Mary.

Modalism With a Twist makes the Son a created Image of God who existed before the universe was created. They prefer to NOT call the Word the Son of God until after the Virgin birth. For you see, they understand that the Prophecy quoted in Hebrews 1:5 and Hebrews 5:5 speaks of a FUTURE Son of God.

Hebrews 1:5.

“For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? (NONE! This proves the Son was never an angel as some Christians CLAIM. Now notice the FUTURE tense that proves the Son DID NOT exist before the Virgin Birth.) And again, I WILL BE to him a Father, and he SHALL BE to me a Son?”

Not the Only Son but the FIRST Son, a Son, among MANY BRETHREN, whom God made the HEAD.

Hebrews 5:5.

“So also Christ glorified NOT himself to be MADE a high priest; but He that said unto him, You are my Son, TODAY have I BEGOTTEN you.”

And Luke quotes this same PROPHECY in Psalm 2:7 in Acts 13:33, which PROVES that the HUMAN Son of MAN was BEGOTTEN from the DEAD to become God FIRSTBORN among MANY Brethren.

Trinitarianism With a Twist makes the Son a pre‑existent divine being who created the universe.

Both Modalism and Trinitarianism with a “Twist” deny:

the true humanity of Jesus
the true Father–Son relationship
the true exaltation of the man Christ Jesus
the true monotheism of the Bible

Both systems create two gods, even while claiming to defend “one God.”

They fail to see that the last Adam, Jesus, was earthly FIRST and then GIVEN the Divine Nature of Immortality after the cross and resurrection.

And both “Traditional” Modalism and “Traditional” Trinitarianism ALSO fail to see that the last Adam was earthly FIRST and then GIVEN the Divine Nature of Immortality after the cross and resurrection.

9. The Call Back to TRUE Biblical Monotheism

The Scriptures call us back to the simple truth:

One God — the Father
One Lord — Jesus the Messiah
One Spirit — the power and presence of God
One throne — given to the Son for 1000 years
One kingdom — restored to the Father through the Son

This is the faith once delivered to the saints.

10. Clarifying Misread Verses

Some verses are commonly misinterpreted because readers bring Trinitarian or Modalist assumptions to the text.

A. “The Lord from heaven” (1 Corinthians 15:47)

The Greek preposition ek can mean:

From
SOURCE
Out of
In
among

Clearly, the contest is about the resurrection of MAN and the Glorified Son of Man ASCENDED into heaven to be MADE Lord after the cross and Resurrection.

The Son of man descended for forty days to show himself and now being IMMORTAL flesh and bones.

The now glorified Son of Man made to become a Lord is now IN Heaven.

So, in the LIGHT of all of the Scriptures, the Meaning “IN” heaven does not contradict any of Scripture.

Paul is contrasting two Adams:

The first man is of the earth still in the GRAVE
The second man was MADE a Lord who is IN heaven

This verse does not mean the second man pre‑existed in heaven. Rather, it was TRANSLATED with the Trinitarian MINDSET.

It means the Son of Man was born of God. His origin is heavenly, his being MADE a Lord was from heaven. But none of this or any of the context proves pre-existence because:

He was conceived by the Spirit (Luke 1:35)
He was Anointed with the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:38)
He was sent or COMMISSIONED by God (John 17:3)
The Father is the only TRUTHFUL God
He RECEIVED all Power and Authority from his God (Promised in John 17:2 and Fulfilled in Matthew 28:18)
He was MADE both Lord and Savior AFTER the cross (Acts 2:22-42)

Jesus was born of a Virgin by the Power of his God.

Jesus was born-again at his baptism to receive the anointing of the Holy Spirit and Power, according to Acts 10:38 and Luke 4:

A pre‑existing “Lord being” is confusion, and God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33).

Think about a Trinitarian Pre-existing Lord sent down from heaven to OBEY all of his God and Father will, even to suffer and die on the cross, given the CHOICE that he did not have to drink that cup if he so chose.

God set a “JOY” before him to ENDURE the cross, according to Hebrews 12:2. And that JOY was to be SEATED at the right-hand of his God and Father after being made a Lord, SET as a King, and GIVE the FULLNESS of Deity AFTER it PLEASED the Father.

And an already Almighty God being HIGHLY EXALTED to now being UNDER and Subject to his God to rule ONLY over the Earth and ONLY for 1000 years.

NO!, That is shear utter nonsense, but that is what EVERY Group of Christians teach, EXCEPT for Biblical Unitarian Christians

B. “Before Abraham was, I am” (John 8:58)

Jesus is said by Trinitarian Christians to be quoting Exodus 3:14 to make the claim that Jesus is saying that he is the Great I AM THAT I AM. But John said that the very reason he wrote the Gospel of John is so that we would believe Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God.

So Jesus is not claiming to be Yahweh Himself in the flesh as Trinitarian Christians claim.

The Greek ego eimi simply means “I am he” — the one prophesied TO BE the Messiah (John 4:26; 8:24; 13:19).

C. “Came down from heaven” (John 6:38)

This is idiomatic Hebrew language meaning:

sent by God
commissioned by God
authorized by God

Not the literal descent of a pre-existing Son. It was the TRUE BREAD that came down from heaven. Bread means DOCTRINE of teaching. And the true bread of life is the TEACHING that the God of Jesus PUT into the mouth of Jesus to speak.
