"The Queen of the Dragons, the Wisp. Upon that fateful day, where the white light turned us to stone and ruined our land, our livelihood, our souls, it took her. Under the rubble, and in the shadows we could not find her. Just a single blue ember, that flickered away. Maybe, if it found the right place, that one ember might ignite a blaze."

The soul of a dragon.
Once per two long rests, the user can take the form of a dragon. In this form, before every action a coin must be flipped. On a heads, the user will keep their focus and complete their action, upon a tails the wild rage of the dragon will take over, and the users actions may backfire, hurt their friends, or hurt people they are trying to help as decided by the DM.
Upon transformation, the users HP changes to 120 and their AC changes to 17. All enemies who see the transformation will focus all attacks upon the user, and gain advantage on all throws to hit.
To revert, the user must wait either one full hour or have an emotional tether to remind them of themselves.
