042 : Silver Serpent

"Once a silver snake swam from the top of Mount Felis down the entirety of the River Siluri. Along its way, it met many people and saw many things. It learnt what people enjoyed, what people would fight over. What made them tick. By the time it had reached the mouth of the river, it was full of secrets and hungry for more."

The hat allows the wearer to perfectly transform into any other humanoid as long as they can acquire something of the target to feed to the snake (e.g. a hair, a small belonging). The only difference between the original person and the transformed is that the transformed will be wearing the hat. The spell lasts until the hat is taken off, and when this happens the snake will need to be fed again before transforming.
