A small vial of bright pink liquid. Suspended in the glass is a marble eyeball - it follows your movement.
When applied, the liquid will remove any form of tampering from a document, mundane or magical. The liquid also counteracts the effects of most illusion magic, as decided by the DM. The vial holds enough liquid for three uses, or one use for something very large, and takes a long rest to refill.
