019 : Onyx Octopus

"It appears to be a small onyx sphere, inside you see small sparkling glints where the light is trapped. It is warm, as if it had been sat in tepid sunlight, and feels as if it is coated in a thin layer of slime."

A small onyx sphere that fits snuggly in the palm of your hand.
Upon a keyword being spoken, a small black octopus emerges from the surface of the stone and will aid you until dismissed or killed. If the octopus is killed a new one cannot be summoned until the next day, and the sphere will go cold. The octopus can complete small tasks, and can fit through any entrance larger than a penny.

Recovered from the Blacksand Desert. Found in a cluster of similar spheres in a basalt cave hidden between dunes.
