Friday talks will be held at Science Learning Center (SLC 2.303)
Saturday and Sunday talks will be held in the Sciences Building auditorium (SCI 1.220)
The registration deadline is October 15. Participants seeking financial support must complete their registration by September 15.
Parking. If you need parking during the conference, please print the PARKING PERMIT and place it near dashboard. With this permit, you can park any green, or yellow parking spots. The most convenient parking lot for the conference is Lot H or PS3. Please check UTD Parking Map for other available parking spots (our building SCI is at F6). Overnight parking is forbidden.
Flying. The two major nearby airports are the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) airports.
Airport to UT Dallas. Uber or Lyft rides from DFW or DAL airports to UT Dallas or nearby hotels take around 30 minutes and cost approximately $40–$60. If you arrive at DFW, you can also take the new Silver Line train ($6) to UT Dallas, which takes about an hour. To reach your hotel, transfer at CityLine/Bush station to the Red Line and get off at Galatyn Park station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Hotels. We have arranged a special rate of $90 per night at the Hilton Richardson Dallas. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and UTD before and after the conference sessions.
