This privacy policy applies to the TG RTO Exam mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application" or "App") created by Prashanth Rapolu(hereby referred to as "Developer", "we", "us", or "our") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The TG RTO Exam app requires an active internet connection to function properly and load exam materials. We as the Developer do not directly collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). The Application does not use local storage or databases to track your progress or save mock test scores.

However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically for the purpose of serving advertisements.

2. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

This Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect and use data such as:

• Your IP address.

• Your mobile advertising ID (such as the Android Advertising ID).

• Device information and network type.

• Cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your browsing history and interests.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by navigating to your device's settings (e.g., Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android) and resetting your advertising ID or opting out of ad tracking.

3. Device Permissions

To function, the Application requires basic network access permissions to connect to the internet, retrieve educational content, and fetch advertisements from Google AdMob. The App does not request or require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or private file storage.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. Furthermore, we comply with Google Play's Families Policy and restrict AdMob from serving personalized ads to known users under the applicable age of consent.

5. Security

We value your trust in using our Application. While the App does not directly collect your personal information, it transmits ad requests over the internet to third-party ad networks. Please remember that no method of electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we rely on industry-standard providers like Google to ensure data is handled safely.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
