TezVPN (“TezVPN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a virtual private network service designed to protect a user’s internet connection and route network traffic through a secure VPN tunnel.
This Privacy Policy explains what information TezVPN processes, collects, stores, uses, and shares when you use the TezVPN application and VPN service.
1. VPN data-use declaration
Before a user can connect to the VPN, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use the VPN service, TezVPN displays an in-app declaration explaining its data practices.
TezVPN does not sell, rent, use, or disclose VPN activity data to third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, data mining, or unrelated purposes.
2. VPN traffic processed by the service
When you connect to TezVPN, your internet traffic is routed through the selected VPN server to provide the VPN service.
The service necessarily processes the following information temporarily while establishing and operating the connection:
Your source Internet Protocol address
Destination IP addresses and routing information
Network protocol and connection information
Data transmitted through the VPN tunnel
DNS requests required to resolve domain names
This information is processed only in transit and only as technically necessary to establish, secure, maintain, and route the VPN connection requested by you.
TezVPN does not collect or retain:
Browsing history
Visited websites or URLs
DNS query history
Contents of internet traffic
VPN activity logs
Connection logs that associate users with their online activity
Advertising identifiers
User profiles created from VPN activity
TezVPN does not inspect internet traffic contents for advertising, analytics, profiling, resale, or marketing.
3. IP addresses
A VPN server necessarily receives the user’s source IP address while establishing and maintaining a VPN connection.
TezVPN processes this IP address only to provide and secure the active VPN connection. TezVPN does not use the IP address to identify, track, advertise to, or build a profile about the user.
TezVPN does not retain source IP addresses as VPN activity logs after they are no longer required to provide the connection.
4. DNS processing
While the VPN is active, DNS requests are routed according to the VPN configuration so that domain names can be resolved.
The current VPN configuration may use DNS resolution services operated by:
Cloudflare
Google Public DNS
These services process DNS requests only as necessary to resolve domain names. TezVPN does not receive or retain a history of the user’s DNS queries.
The privacy practices of these DNS providers are governed by their respective privacy policies and service terms. Users who select a custom DNS profile should also review the privacy practices of their selected DNS provider.
5. Information stored locally on your device
TezVPN stores limited operational information locally on your device to provide app functionality. This may include:
Whether the VPN should remain connected
Selected VPN server
VPN connection state
Connection start and end times
Connection duration
Upload and download data totals
Recent connection history
Free VPN usage time
DNS profile preferences
Favorite server selections
Language and app preferences
Whether the VPN data-use declaration was accepted
Subscription entitlement status
Subscription-related local state
This information remains on your device and is not used to track your browsing activity.
You can delete locally stored connection history through the app. Other local information can be removed by uninstalling TezVPN or clearing the app’s data where supported by the operating system.
6. Problem reports and support messages
TezVPN allows users to submit a problem report voluntarily.
When you submit a problem report, we collect:
The name you enter
The contents of the problem description or support message
The date and time the report is received
Do not include passwords, VPN credentials, payment-card details, private browsing information, or other sensitive personal information in a problem report.
Problem reports are separate from VPN traffic. TezVPN does not automatically attach browsing history, DNS query history, internet traffic contents, or VPN activity logs to problem reports.
We use problem-report information only to:
Investigate the reported problem
Respond to support requests
Diagnose app errors
Improve the app’s reliability and user experience
7. Firebase processing
Voluntarily submitted problem reports may be processed and stored using Google Firebase Firestore.
Google Firebase acts as a service provider for TezVPN. The information stored in Firebase is limited to the name, message, and timestamp associated with the voluntarily submitted problem report.
Problem-report information is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, or tracking VPN activity.
Firebase may process information in countries where Google or its service providers operate, subject to Google’s applicable data-protection safeguards.
8. Subscription and purchase information
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
TezVPN may receive limited purchase information necessary to determine whether premium access is active, including:
Subscription product identifier
Purchase or entitlement status
Subscription expiration information
Transaction information provided by the App Store
TezVPN does not receive or store:
Full payment-card numbers
Card security codes
Bank account details
Apple Account passwords
Apple processes payments according to Apple’s own privacy policy and applicable App Store terms.
9. Advertising
Free users may see contextual or non-personalized interstitial advertising only while the VPN is fully disconnected, immediately before starting a connection or after disconnecting. Subscribers do not receive advertisements.
Before any advertising SDK is initialized, TezVPN reads the ordinary user-configured iOS device region locally using Locale.current. If the device region is Russia (RU), only Yandex Mobile Ads is initialized and requested. For every other device region, or if the region is unavailable, only Google AdMob is initialized and requested.
TezVPN does not use StoreKit storefront or App Store purchase-region information, IP-address geolocation, GPS or location services, device language, VPN exit IP, browsing traffic, DNS traffic, or VPN session data to select an advertising provider. The device region is a user-configured setting and is not treated as the user’s physical location. The non-selected advertising SDK is not initialized, receives no ad request, and is not used as a fallback.
Advertising requests are configured as contextual or non-personalized. TezVPN disables location tracking for Yandex, requests non-personalized ads directly from AdMob, disables Google Same App Key, does not use Google UMP, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not obtain access to the IDFA.
Depending on the selected provider and its configuration, the advertising SDK may process limited non-VPN information required for ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, frequency management, and aggregated reporting. This may include the IP address used for network communication, permitted device or app-scoped identifiers, ad requests and interactions, and limited performance or diagnostic information.
Advertising providers never receive browsing history, DNS query history, traffic contents, VPN destinations, VPN connection logs, or other VPN activity from TezVPN. No ad is requested while the VPN is connecting or connected, and cached ads are discarded when connecting begins. Users can report inappropriate or age-inappropriate ads through Menu → Report Problem.

10. Purposes of processing
TezVPN processes information only for the following purposes:
Establishing and maintaining the VPN connection
Routing internet traffic requested by the user
Securing the VPN connection
Displaying connection status and data totals
Preserving app and server preferences
Maintaining local connection history
Enforcing the free VPN usage allowance
Determining premium subscription access

Protecting the security and integrity of the service
Complying with applicable legal obligations
TezVPN does not use VPN activity data for advertising, user profiling, resale, marketing, or unrelated analytics.
11. Data sharing
TezVPN does not sell or rent personal information.
TezVPN does not sell, use, or disclose VPN activity data to third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Limited non-VPN information may be processed by the following service providers solely to provide the corresponding app feature:
Apple: subscription payment processing and entitlement verification
Google Firebase: storage and processing of voluntarily submitted support reports
DNS providers: domain-name resolution required to provide internet connectivity
Infrastructure providers: operation and security of the servers used to provide the VPN service
Google AdMob: contextual or non-personalized advertising when the device region is outside Russia or unavailable
Yandex Mobile Ads: contextual advertising when the device region setting is Russia
Service providers are authorized to process information only as necessary to provide their contracted service and are expected to protect information consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required by a valid law, regulation, court order, or governmental request. Because TezVPN does not retain browsing history, DNS query history, traffic contents, or VPN activity logs, it cannot provide information it does not possess.
12. VPN server infrastructure
TezVPN routes connections through infrastructure used to provide the VPN service. Server locations may include the locations displayed within the TezVPN application.
VPN traffic may be processed in the country where the selected VPN server is located. Traffic is processed only to operate the VPN connection and is not retained by TezVPN as browsing or VPN activity history.
TezVPN does not permit its infrastructure providers to use VPN activity data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.
13. Data retention
TezVPN follows these retention practices:
VPN traffic contents are not retained by TezVPN.
Browsing history is not collected or retained by TezVPN.
DNS query history is not collected or retained by TezVPN.
VPN activity logs are not collected or retained by TezVPN.
Source IP addresses are not retained as VPN activity logs after they are no longer technically required for the connection.
Local app preferences and connection history remain on the device until deleted by the user, cleared by the operating system, or removed when the app is uninstalled.
Support reports are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to the report, maintain support records, protect the service, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Subscription records received from Apple are retained only as necessary to provide premium access and satisfy applicable accounting or legal obligations.
14. Data deletion requests
You may request access to or deletion of personal information contained in a problem report by contacting:
contact@nextapps.tech
Include enough information to help us identify the report, such as the name used in the report, its approximate submission date, and a description of the reported problem.
For security reasons, we may need to verify that the request relates to information submitted by you.
Because TezVPN does not create user accounts and does not retain browsing history, DNS query history, traffic contents, or VPN activity logs, we may not have VPN-related personal information that can be retrieved or deleted.
Subscription information can be managed through your Apple App Store account settings.
15. Consent and user choices
You control whether to:
Accept the VPN data-use declaration
Connect to the VPN
Purchase a premium subscription
Submit a problem report
Use a custom DNS profile
Clear local connection history
Disconnect from the VPN
Uninstall the application
You can stop VPN traffic processing at any time by disconnecting from TezVPN.
You can withdraw consent to optional support-information processing by not submitting a problem report or by requesting deletion of a previously submitted report.
16. Security
TezVPN uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the service.
VPN traffic is routed through a secure tunnel configuration. However, no network, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users remain responsible for the security of the websites, applications, and services they access while connected to TezVPN.
17. Children’s privacy
TezVPN is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age required by applicable law.
TezVPN does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information through a problem report, contact us at contact@nextapps.tech so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
18. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where the selected VPN server, Apple, Google Firebase, DNS providers, or infrastructure providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
19. Legal requests
TezVPN may respond to legally valid requests from courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorized governmental bodies when required by applicable law.
TezVPN cannot provide browsing history, DNS query history, traffic contents, or VPN activity logs that it does not collect or retain.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the application, service infrastructure, legal requirements, or data practices.
When we update the policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or another appropriate method.
Continued use of TezVPN after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy where permitted by law.
