Application refers to TextTalk Customizer, the software program provided by the Developer.
Service refers to the Application.

2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
A. Permissions & Device Data While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may request access to:
Camera: Used strictly for the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature to scan text from physical documents. Images are processed locally or temporarily for text extraction and are not uploaded to Our servers.
Microphone: Used strictly for the "Dictaphone" and "Audio Merger" features to record audio locally on your device. We do not upload your recordings to any server.
Storage (Read/Write): Used to save your generated audio files (WAV) and text files (TXT) to your device's memory, and to read files you choose to import or merge.
B. Text-to-Speech (TTS) Data The Application uses the device's built-in Text-to-Speech engine. The text you process is handled locally on your device or via the operating system's TTS service.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Transmission
A. Google Translate (Translation Feature) The Application provides a translation feature that utilizes Google Translate services. When you use this feature, the text you input is sent to Google servers to be translated.

B. Advertising (AdMob) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the Application. Google AdMob may collect and use personal data (such as Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads.

4. Data Retention The Application operates primarily offline, except for the Translation and Advertising features. Your recordings, scanned texts, and files are stored locally on Your device. We do not transfer your personal content to our private servers.
5. Links to Other Websites Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
