Text Extractor is a mobile application that uses on-device machine learning (Google ML Kit) to extract text from images. You can pick or capture images, crop them, recognize the text, and export or share the results as plain text or PDF files — all processed locally on your device.
a) Images & Recognized Text
📱 All image processing is performed entirely on your device using Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. Your photos and the text extracted from them are never uploaded to our servers.
b) Local Storage Data
The app uses Hive (local on-device storage) to save your recognition history and app preferences. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

We request only the permissions necessary for the app's core functionality. We do not access your contacts, microphone, location, or any other sensitive data.
