Privacy Policy for DayScribe:Text And Audio Notes

Sektor Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DayScribe:Text And Audio Notes mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App stores the following data LOCALLY on your device only:
- Audio recordings you create
- Text notes you write
- File attachments you add
- App settings and preferences
- Coin balance and premium status
We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.
2. Google Drive Backup
If you choose to enable Google Drive backup, your notes and recordings are stored in your personal Google Drive account. We do not have access to your Google Drive data. This feature uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive API, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Premium users do not see advertisements.
4. In-App Purchases
We use Google Play Billing for in-app purchases (coins and premium). Purchase data is handled by Google Play and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Microphone: To record audio notes
- Storage: To save recordings and attachments
- Internet: For Google Drive backup, ads, and in-app purchases
- Notifications: To send note reminders you set
- Exact Alarm: To schedule notification reminders
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Deletion
All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data through Settings > Delete Data in the App. Google Drive backups can be deleted from your Google Drive account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
