MCode Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Text Sticker Maker mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
User-Generated Content (Stickers, Text & Background Images)
100% Local Storage: All text, fonts, colors, styles, animations, background images, and sticker packs created or customized within the Service are processed and stored locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, monitor, or have access to your custom stickers, background images, photos, or text on our servers.
User Photos and Background Images
Optional Image Import: The Service allows you to optionally select and import images from your device's photo gallery/library to use as background layers for your custom stickers.
100% On-Device Processing: All imported images and photos are transformed, cropped, scaled, and rendered exclusively on your local device storage.
No Server Uploads: We do not upload, transmit, monitor, collect, or store your photos or imported media on any external servers, cloud databases, or third-party storage.
Deletion: Imported images remain stored locally in the app's sandboxed storage until you remove them from a sticker, delete the sticker pack, or uninstall the application.
Personal Data & Identifiers
While using our Service, certain identifiers may be processed automatically:
Advertising Identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS) where permitted by your device settings and subject to your consent choices.
Cookies & Diagnostic Data: Temporary identifiers used by third-party SDKs for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
Usage & Telemetry Data
We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device brand and model, operating system version, app version, language preferences, interactions with app features, session duration, and diagnostic crash data.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS
We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, maintain app stability, and display advertisements. These third parties process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
Provider: Google LLC.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregated user interactions, measure app performance, and improve user experience.
Analytics data collection respects user consent settings managed via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
For more information, visit Google Privacy & Terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
Provider: Google LLC.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash reports and stack traces to identify bugs, memory leaks, and performance issues.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Provider: Google LLC.
We display advertisements in the app using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Content Rating (13+ Compliance): In accordance with our target audience policy, ad content is filtered to a "Teen" (T) rating where supported by Google AdMob, preventing mature and 18+ advertisements.
Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Depending on your jurisdiction and your consent choices (managed via the in-app Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog or device settings), advertisements served may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized (contextual).
Consent Management: You can review, update, or revoke your consent preferences at any time in the app by navigating to Settings > Consent Settings (where applicable).

External Messaging Integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Our app allows you to export sticker packs to third-party messaging applications, including WhatsApp and Telegram.
This process is handled via standard operating system sharing intents and official partner APIs. We do not transmit your personal data to these platforms; only the sticker files are transferred to complete the export.
3. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
User-generated content: Stickers and imported background photos remain exclusively on your device until you delete them within the app or uninstall the application.
Third-party data: Telemetry and advertising data collected by third-party services are retained in accordance with their respective retention policies.
Security: All communications between third-party SDKs and their servers are encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
4. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS UNDER GDPR (EEA & UK USERS)
