MCode Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Text Sticker Maker mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

User-Generated Content (Stickers)

All stickers created within the Service are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your stickers, images, or text on our servers.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to show advertisements to you. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

• Firebase Analytics: Provided by Google Inc. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve app performance. Advertising features and personalized advertising signals are disabled. Analytics data is used solely for measurement, diagnostics, and service improvement purposes. Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect reports on app crashes and stability.

• Firebase Crashlytics: Helps us identify bugs and improve app performance.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app.

• Google AdMob: We serve only non-personalized advertisements. Ad requests are configured with child-directed treatment and under-age-of-consent settings, and ad content is restricted to a "Teen" (T) rating where supported by Google AdMob. These settings are intended to reduce data collection and limit ad personalization. Certain information may still be processed by Google for purposes such as ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, and reporting in accordance with Google's policies. You can manage certain advertising-related settings through your mobile device preferences.

External Integrations

• WhatsApp: Our app allows you to export sticker packs to WhatsApp. This process is handled by the WhatsApp application on your device. We do not share your personal data with WhatsApp; we only provide the sticker data as requested by their API.

3. Data Retention

User-generated content (stickers) remains on your device until you delete the app or clear the app's data. Usage data collected via third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

4. Your Data Protection Rights Under GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have certain data protection rights. MCode Apps aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
