Hey y'all, I just recently finished an adult driver's ed course plus the ITYD thing, and I'm having some issues scheduling an appointment to officially get my license. I tried signing up for an appointment through the online scheduler, but the options for driver license services and road skills tests are all grayed out. Do I just select the "I am required to take a road test" button to schedule??

Included a pic for reference. I emailed the DPS and they said to choose the "Service is not listed" option, but I talked to someone at the DPS for my parents' appointment and they specifically recommended against that. I currently have a state ID, so that could be screwing things up. Anyone have any advice? (Sorry if this doesn't belong here!)
