As part of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, the Teton Valley region contains an amazing diversity of wildlife, plants, and geologic features. 

Launched in 2023, the Teton Valley chapter is the newest in the state.

"The mission of the Idaho Master Naturalist (IMN) program is to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers who actively work toward stewardship of Idaho's natural world." 

To become a Master Naturalist participants will:

The program fee for initial certification* is $100.

*After initial certification, ongoing annual maintenance requires 8 hours of education and 40 hours of volunteer service. Annual dues of $25 (subject to change) are required to remain an active member of the Teton Valley Chapter.
