Tetikleyici does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

The App operates entirely on the user’s device and does not require account registration, login, or personal information.

3. Permissions and Their Purpose
   
   

The App requests certain device permissions strictly for functional purposes:

Camera Permission
The camera is used exclusively to scan QR codes.
No images, videos, or camera data are stored or transmitted.

Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN)
Bluetooth is used to connect to a nearby ESP/BLE device selected by the user.
No Bluetooth data is transmitted to any external server.

Location Permission (if required by certain Android versions)
Some Android versions require location permission to enable Bluetooth scanning.
Tetikleyici does not collect, store, or transmit location data.

4. QR Code Processing
   
   

QR codes scanned within the App are processed locally on the device.

If the QR code contains a device MAC address, that value is stored locally on the device only to allow reconnection without rescanning.

This data is never transmitted outside the device.

5. Local Data Storage
   
   

Operational data (such as the last scanned device MAC address) is stored using Android’s private local storage mechanisms.

Beyondue does not have access to this data.

6. Third-Party Services
   
   

The App uses Google ML Kit for on-device barcode scanning.
ML Kit processes barcode data locally and does not transmit scanned content to external servers.

The App does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, tracking frameworks, or third-party data collection services.

7. Data Sharing
   
   

We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute any user data to third parties.

8. Children’s Privacy
   
   

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Since no personal data is collected, the App is suitable for general audiences.

9. Security
   
   

All operations are performed locally on the user’s device.
Standard Android security practices are followed to ensure safe handling of locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy
    
    

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date above.
