Passionate is an understatement when it comes to describing Catherine's love and dedication to her whimsical greenhouse garden and delectable culinary creations. While combining all of the highest quality ingredients, her Italian homestead recipe was crafted to perfection, and Testa Rossa Pesto was born.
"Born into a traditional Italian family & raised in Chicago - All the relatives would gather at Grandma's house, for her Sunday night dinners, which were the highlight of the week. We would eat & drink and inevitably hear stories about her days in the “old country”. She would spend the whole day cooking & couldn’t wait for us to arrive. She taught me that cooking for those you love brings great joy. To this day, her spirit flows through me & the food I create."
