Tess Rauscher is a fiction writer, essayist, and educator based out of Philadelphia, PA. Her work can be found in Bennington Review and elsewhere. She received her BA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College, where she wrote her thesis on anthropogenic madness in Han Kang's The Vegetarian. She is interested in thinking and writing about self-negotiation, coincidence, and the suburbs of Washington, DC. She is currently revising a children's book and drafting her first novel.Â
