Terry Hudson

With the passing of Terry Hudson from lymphoma at age 50 on April 29, 2025, the EBFRW community lost a beloved lifetime member and leader.

Terry leaves behind an amazing legacy. During almost all of his 16 years with EBFRW, he served as club treasurer, manager of our social media accounts, and our #1 volunteer—the first to arrive for setup and the last to leave after breakdown and cleanup at almost every social and outreach event. During his tenure with EBFRW, he became a runner, and completed many 5K and 10K races, including at the 2014 Gay Games.

More than that, Terry was a welcoming presence at each Saturday run/walk, a great friend, and a fun loving ball of energy who rose above his illness time and time again. Terry will be remembered by all who knew him, and is greatly missed.
