By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
For the purposes of these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the developer of Clear Wave – Water Eject Speaker.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

You will use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You will not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties.
You will not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it.
You will not use the App in any unlawful, illegal, harmful, or abusive manner.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to download or use the App.
We disclaim all responsibility for any use of the App by individuals who do not meet this age requirement.
Clear Wave – Water Eject Speaker uses sound-based frequencies designed to help eject water from device speakers.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Results may vary depending on device model, speaker design, volume level, and water exposure.
We do not guarantee complete water removal or restoration of sound quality.
Improper use, excessive volume, or failure to follow instructions may result in suboptimal performance or device issues.
You use the App at your own risk.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all software, design, text, graphics, audio logic, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.
The App may offer free features as well as paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Any applicable free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage arising from or related to your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services or websites.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause harm or legal exposure.
