Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the QRCode mobile application ("App") operated by Salman albalawi.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QRCanvas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Subscription Services
- QRCode offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly at $1.99 or monthly at $3.99).
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings.
- No refunds will be granted for any partially used subscription period.
4. User Content
- You retain all rights to any QR codes you create using the App.
- You are solely responsible for all QR codes you create and the content they link to.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Create QR codes linking to harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Saudi arabia.
