Terms of Use

By downloading the Photokit app (hereinafter “App”) and using our services (hereinafter “Services”), the user (hereinafter “Licensee”) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

This software license agreement is entered into by and between Hleb Kuznetsov and the Licensee.

The use of the Services is subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”), which the Licensee agrees to when downloading or using the App. In addition, the following terms apply:

Lifetime Access (One-Time Purchase)

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that provides permanent (“lifetime”) access to premium features.

1. Payment
   The payment is charged once to the Licensee’s Apple ID account at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no auto-renewals.
   
   

2. Lifetime Access
   The purchase grants permanent access to the premium features of the App. The purchase can be restored on other devices using the same Apple ID via Restore Purchases, as supported by Apple.
   
   

Privacy & Data Safety

• The App does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data.

• All photos and files are processed locally on the user’s device.

• No images, videos, or personal information are uploaded to external servers.

• The App does not track users and does not share data with third parties.

All user data remains fully private and secure on the device at all times.
