These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application Molecule Music operated by Jean Reymond

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscription payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

2. FREE TRIALS

If offered, free trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface provided.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the App remain the property of [YOUR COMPANY NAME].

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
