The app does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
You should always:

Consult professionals when necessary
We are not responsible for decisions based on app results.
We do not guarantee:
100% accuracy of product analysis
Completeness of ingredient data
Use the app at Your own risk.
Take Or Not offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide unlimited product evaluations and enhanced app functionality.
Subscription options may include weekly, yearly, or other plans. Available subscription types, pricing, and durations are displayed within the app and may vary by region.
Payment will be charged to Your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel Your subscription at any time through Your App Store account settings.
No free trial is currently offered. If a free trial is introduced in the future, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Prices may change over time and may vary depending on Your region and applicable taxes. The current price will always be displayed in the app before purchase.
These Terms are supplemented by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer the app
Use the app for illegal purposes
Interfere with app functionality
All rights to the app belong to the Company.
You may not copy or redistribute the app.
We are not liable for:
Health issues
Incorrect product analysis
Purchase decisions
Use the app at Your own responsibility.
We may suspend access if Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time.
